You just have to file for divorce on the grounds of abandonment. The courts will try to find him and serve him which willprobably mean running an ad in the local newspaper stating th pending action against him and the court date whether he shows up or not. The case will go on without him and you will be awarded your divorce but any support or monetary judgements against him will again be hard to collect unless he is found. He cannot take you back to court once found. As for the house you may have to wait to contact your mortgage lender til after the divorce and proceed to change the title. Good luck
