It's usually on a scale of 1 to 10, so definitely above average. But I would give the guy a 1 on the acceptible behavior scale if he said this to your face. If he said it behind your back to a bunch of other guys, he'd be a 4 or 5 - just average. And maybe a 2 on the maturity scale.

Technically you are on the border in the "hottie" rating scale. Which GOOD FOR YOU!!! (7-8)---9-10's are like Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston and the like. A good compliment----
The only problem with being rated, is that shows the shallow end of a guy, and hopefully it was all in fun and wasn't from someone that you are involved with. You certainly deserve to be with someone who appreciates ALL the good things about you and not just your looks!!

Not bad,
but reallly no ratings seem to happen below 5. if they think so little of you that you dont rate a five, you just dont get rated. But oddly enough that doesnt skew the numbers. A girl might still be a 3 but she'd just never hear about it. Kind of chivalrous I guess.until you consider that a rating of 5 means barely "Do-able" and nothing more.
I'm gay btw so i dont work with this scale I just have to listen to it.

That's a good rating, but I wouldn't even consider giving a second thought to a guy who actually rates people on looks. Shallow.

I tend to rate females I like (love) with an 8 or higher Miss
7 is fine for some beauty without emotional attachment on it I guess,

Honestly, its bad.
A 7 can be used to make u feel ok or good.
But usually when i think a girl looks decent/hot i say a 12 1 out of 10.

no...in the first place no guy should be rating any girl, if you love someone how do you even rate that person, its os obvious that you are being played and being talked about to be rated, wake up young lady, nobody rates anyone, if you care enough for someone you except then as they are for better or worse, just ove them, be proud of them appreciate them and enjoy what you have in them, and if you cant do that then i guess they never realy loved and cared about you, remember you are beautiful, wonderful, sexy and dont settle on being rated its not worth it, because you the best...take care

that means your ok but not hot. Hot is 9 or 10. But as if you are a seven in looks in doesn't matter as long as you are a 10 in personality.

Let your friend know he's pulling about a 5.5 on the man scale.
Rating women on their looks is pretty weak.
Or, if you are feeling adventurous - grab him and kiss him
then reveal his "rating"
