My ex has accused me of all kinds of abuse toward my daughter, and I live out of state. (Most of her arguments are not admissable in court. We were together until my daughter was 6 months old. In those six months, she never allowed me to be alone with my child...I think I spent maybe 2 hrs alone with her in 6 months.
She has also made it clear that she does not want me to have unsupervised visitation under any circumstances.
My daughter started having siezures in November of last year. The doctor cannot find a clear cause of the siezures, except to say that they were breath-holding episodes.She has had siezures within a week or so of any important court date, scheduled visitation or dr. appt. The last one occurred the night before the preliminary court hearing. My ex says I am incapable of taking care of my daughter because of the siezures. Should I be concerned that she is either causing or taking advantage of the siezures to interfere with visits? Please Help!

A question for the ladies? My ex and I have been broken up for a year. Within that time she has meet someone else and fell in love with him but for the past two weeks they have been broken up. Thats around the time we began to talk again. This weekend she she invitied me to a gathering I told her no at least 20 times cause I still love her and I cant be around her but I gave in and said yes and went to go see her. While in her company she found out that her ex took a another girl to a function. She wasnt happy. She asked me to stay the night I said no 15 times but I gave in and stayed. After getting a room she began to ask me for a hug again I said no several times but one thing lead to another. The question I have is that she told me that she dosent want a relationship she just wants a friend but I want her back so how do I get her back. We were togehter for 3 years. I promised my girlfriend that I would attend her graduation this Tuesday. I'm a freshman in college and she's a senior in high school we've been dating now for 2 years. She also asked me to come to her graduation party months ago.

Here's the problem Tuesday nights are basketball nights with the guys we play Tuesdays and normally if I'm not in class I'm working. This is the first Tuesday that I will have off probably ever because Tuesdays are shipment days where I work. I really want to go play basketball with the guys. I'm not a big fan of graduations and she knows I support her and I am proud of her.

The other problem is I have a best friend from New York who lives 8 hours away. He finally got his license he's 21 (sad, yes) But he finally got his license and is taking a road trip down. I saw him last month. We used to live near each other and we are best friends. Well, he may be coming to visit the week of her graduation party.

Here's the story, got married 5 years back, ever since I got married I really don't like to make friends, never want to have an open conversation with anybody or talk to somebody about me or them. I lost touch with everybody, including my frineds, well wishers. Now I'm absolutely lonely, all by myself; ofcourse with a husband who hardly meets my needs.
I feel insecured, and to summarize I'm not happy. When some body asks me how are; it freaks me off and I tend not to answer as I think people know that I'm not happy.

What do I do to get out of this situation; I'm not happy with the man I married to. is the problem me, or the man or something else? Please help.

Recently we were invited to a friend's house. Their backyard pool is very private, but we were a little surprised when their kids (teens - two girls and a boy) simply peeled off their clothes and swam nude. Beofre I married my ex husband I told him if he cheated on me I was filing for divorce. He cheated and I divorced him after 6 months of marriage. I moved to another state after my divorce and he's been calling me for the 9 months I've been gone. Went to visit him in May and he asked me to remarry him. I am about 23 and still look like a baby. I have a baby face and am always getting the comment "Your cute" I don't want to be cute anymore how do I look my age? I have known my husband since I was 16, (now 36). We have been together 7 years and married 2. When we first got together, we were both going out partying and having a good time on the weekends, that I did not have my son. On the days that my son was home, I did not drink but he did. It got to where he was drinking everyday and would drink until he would pass out. He admits to being an alcoholic and knows he has a problem. We have been working on our marriage for the last two years, started going to church. It has been a rough road, with lies, him hiding bottles around the house and everywhere else he thought I wouldn't look, and lies about pills (hydrocodone-lortabs). In general, I feel our marriage has been one big lie.... but I love him. I have tried in every way to be as supportive as I know to be. He lost his job, went back to school and has earned his degree all during this hell we have been going through. He is now unemployed and I am working as many hours as my job will let me.

I was married once before and the guy turned out to be a real jerk. He promised all these things, but once it all came down to it he changed.
