No, you shouldn't have said a thing. But you could behave as if you are feeling uncomfortable about the situation and perhaps ask if you can be excused politely. That would have been quite telling, and your friend would also have realised that it may be very improper for that to happen.

Why not join in? Have some fun with non-sexual social nudity. It's very liberating and enjoyable.
No, you don't need to say anything. The kids didn't say anything about you keeping your clothes on, so they showed no judgement. For you to do so would have been in bad form.
Now you know what the family is like. If it really bothers you, stay away from their pool area during the summer. The only thing that surprises me is the parents not mentioning anything along the lines of, "Oh, by the way, if you see anyone naked, it's no big deal."
It's a big shocker in today's society, and for them to not have warned you wasn't fair.
Good luck.

What would you have said? "Put some clothes on!!" If it didn't bother the parents, you really weren't in a position to say anything, because anything you said would be taken as a criticism -- and polite guests don't criticize their hosts. If it makes you that uncomfortable, you might want to avoid future invitations. On the other hand, if it was just surprise, just keep your mouth closed (and try not to oogle!)

Well what could you say? I probably would of sat there with my mouth open like omg but what could you say. Well you know everybody lives a little differently and your experience is proof of that. If I were you and I was bothered by this I would decline and more invites over there in the summertime. God only knows what they do inside in the winter.

Some people think of nudity as nothing bad, I happen to be one of those people who agrees.
But honestly some people, like these people needed to explain to thier kids that being nude is not okay when around certain people. Especially people who are visiting and you dont know how they will react.

I wouldnt have said anything other than the same reaction when you accidentally walk in on someone in the bathroom. Just excuse yourself (from the pool area) and come back when they are done.

I think it rude of them for not at least warning you of their intentions. I'm guessing their kids weren't little ones. I would have just looked at my watch and made some excuse to leave. To stay there only condoned their behavior. You should let them know that you aren't comfortable with that behavior and to please give you a warning if there is a next time!

Don't say anything. Just enjoy swimming with those nude teenagers because you might not be invited again.

No response needed you now know what they do and from this point on you can decline future offers to go over or get over it and hangout(no pun intended) with them

Just look down into your glass of tea and study the ice cubes. It's not appropriate to stand up and yell, 'Oh, my God! They are buck naked right in front of us!'
