personally speaking......you reach your sexual peak several times during your life. Depends on your body, mentality at the time, situation i.e. whether you are single or in a relationship etc.
I have reached it when I was 19, 24, then again when I was at 32, 40, 44 and I can't wait to see when it happens again!!
I'm not talking about the usual sexual phase people go through on a monthy basis I mean absolutely rampant sexual need. I find that as I get older the more confident I get and the more I want to try new things.
I think the sexual peak stuff is all bollocks really when you hear people quote it as they rely on a small sector being monitored and categorise ALL women by the results.....usually a group of 100 women......well there are FAR too many variation in women and circumstances to say they are set in stone figures in my mind!
The same goes for men as well.......I haven't yet met a man who agrees with the findings about their sexual peaks and troughs!!!

Some "experts" (like doctors or therapists) have, in fact, argued for "The 30-year-old Sexual Peak." There are many articles about it you could find online, arguing people in their 30s are most comfortable with their bodies and have learned what pleases them.
Just as many doctors have disagreed with that, though, saying this so-called peak is a total myth and, in fact, very misleading.

Not a pile of pooh, i'm in my 40's and my god if i could have sex every minute of the day i would, i've got a new man in my life and i can'nt keep my hands off him, and he's not complaining, its like some one has flicked a switch in my head and turned me into a sex addict.

I read that from mid 20's to 40's is the female peak.
These days of eternal youth it could be longer!
Good way to make up after an argument maybe.

a women's sexual peak is indeed in their 30s. unfortunately a males is 18 and goes down hill from there!!!

yes, when you in mid thirties you at youir sexual peak
orgasms, staying power, lust etc
a man bums out at 18
pity we don't match at the same time :(
