ok married to a great man and father of our 4 year old son. i am 8 months prego. my husband works alot. my son usually dosen't see him at least one night a week to do him working late or playing hockey. now i don't know if it's my hormones or what but it's driving me mad. I'm i being the selfish one or is he? like i said he is a great man over all when he is here he is great. he gets happy for the weekend when it's time to spend with us. i know that it's good to have hobbies even though i don't and that is another story. i don't mind him playing one night a week or even two but sometimes it's 2 days in a row. yesterday (sat) it was in the late afternoon it cuts into our whole sat. now tonight (sun) he has a game early evening. and he has another game on tue which means he probably won't be seeing our son that night. and for the rest of the week who knows with his work schedule. when i said something before he is like "i can't control when the team plays or not" i'm i being selfish?

I know this Girl since I was 20 years old.
I'm now 25 going 26 and now she's 16.
She was at our Home Group before (I know her mom too)
but they went to another group.
I still have a crush on her but I still make sure I keep my boundaries in check.

My question is, do I tell her how I feel right now or should I just wait for her till she's old enough to tell her that I have feelings for her?

I'm afraid that If I tell her the truth, She would tell that to her Mom or maybe she would say she's seeing someone.

Help....

Today yet again I was with my 12 year old daughter, sitting waiting for a train and a male and female sat behind us they were about 22 years old.
The woman was showing the male some photos and made a comment that a certain person in the photo was a cu-t I was pretty shocked firstly as this is one of the worst swear words and it was a woman, they looked well educated and dressed well.
then after some other similar language we moved.
I have in the past confronted people when Ive been with my children, and I am not sure what the best solution is, I even considered asking my daughter to tell the woman that she doesn't like to hear that sort of language as she is only 12.
There is always the risk that if confronted the situation could turn nasty, personally I wouldn't care as I am a big chap but know it would upset my daughter if it turned nasty.

your views would be welcome on what you would do,

I am not against swearing as such but when young children are about I feel its very ignorant

Okay, heres the deal. I went on vacation to Flordia and met a guy named James. He asked me out, after we got to know each other, and I said yes. Is it bad to date him long distance if he lives in Gerogia and I live in Indiana? We seem to be getting along really well and talk on the phone every day, along with the computer. Is this wrong? Is dating him a bad idea? Hes a really good guy and i just dont know if its okay to date someone long distance....hes done it before. He said it usually worked out fine with him. Is it wrong?

ok, so i like this guy. i broke up w/ him last year, but i think he still likes me. i am starting 2 like him again 2. only a little bit so far. but one of my friends likes him 2. ALOT! and she has gotten upset w/ me numerous times, b/c (when i didn't like him) i was "flirting" w/ him. even tho i wasn't.

so, his birthday is coming up soon. and i dont know if he is having a party yet (but he prob will), and if he is having 1 and invites me, should i accept the invite? i think he will also invite my friend, b/c he likes her as a friend, and he doesn't want 2 b mean. i dont want her 2 think i like him, b/c now she has called a truce, and i dont want 2 b enemies again. what should i do? i am sorry this is so confusing! ;) thanx 2 any1 who answers (and can figure out the q'!)

I'm just putting the question out there.

As an extreme liberal, I can't see what harm it would cause so long as they were both above the legal age and so long as there was no child produced from the relationship. (possible health defects, etc.)

I really find it difficult to see what's immoral about this kind of relationship. Perhaps it's taboo simply because of society. They wouldn't be hurting anyone, and as free adults they are allowed to see whom they choose.

Does anyone know of any good reason (i.e. not "UGH THAT'S GROSS!" or "God says blah blah blah) that this relationship would be immoral?

It looks like I will be about 26-28 when I will be getting married. Is this a good age to get married? I think that I will loose a lot if I dont get married earlier. I feel like its a bit late to get married.

i live with my uncle he's my uncle somehow idk how and my mom and dad and siblings and other uncle and my grandma. I will admit...I am not Brad Pitt, but I am 6'7" tall, 290lbs (not fat fat, but kinda overweight) and I am told a lot that I am handsome and cute, but I NEVER have the courage (or knowhow) to get a girl in bed. Ive been with my boyfriend since I was 16 ( 7 years ) we started to party a lot and my parents kicked us out so we have been living together since we were 17 . During this time my mom passed away and my family has never really forgiven me for leaving and dropping out of school . Now that Im 22 I feel like Im not going anywhere in my life , if I could leave my boyfriend and go back to my Dads I would but he doesnt have room or money for me to put that burden on him . I feel lost and I want to leave but I have no where to go and I love my boyfriend A LOT and I dont want to leave him but I feel like the best way I can figure out who I am is by being on my own . I dont have my own car or a place to go so Im kinda stranded .
