A few weeks ago, she threw a rock at my car (while I was sitting in it) it caused some damage, but nothing major. I could let it slide, but now she is asking a favor of me. She wants to take our kids out of the country to visit family. Our divorce decree says she needs my written permission for this. I told her I won't agree to it until she pays for the damage to my car. Now SHE is threatening ME with some sort of legal action. She don't have a prayer, but I want to know how to get her to realize what she did to my car is wrong, and she should take responsibility for it, especially if she is going to ask favors of me. Anybody? Oh yeah, I live in the U.S.A.

I got divorced less than a month ago. I have 2 precious little girls. The baby is 9 months & my oldest is 3. I need help explaining to her about the divorce, especially since "Daddy" moved to another state the very next day & does not have a phone.

Now when she asks for "Daddy" I don't know what to say & it is breaking my heart! This is the 2nd father who has abandoned this precious girl, but fortunately, she doesn't know about her biological father walking out on us 4 days after she was born.

I'm open to suggestions. Please be gentle. This is a very delicate subject for me.

I about 5' 6" and a quarter and im taller than alot of girls...but at parties and stuff they all wear HEELS!!! grr...so they usually get taller than me!!!

they broke up because they both where flirting with other people. so about a month after they broke up he asked me out but i was like idont know cuz u were dating my friend and it would seem weird. i asked her she said it was fine. so i said yes. im still dating him but my friend is like i still like him and i want to date him. but i was like no. she flirts with him still. should i be like back off he's mines our should i say your my friend and i trust you so go and do it. i dont know what to do?

My boyfriend has a child from a previous marriage. I am also divorced, but with no kids. I have always wanted to be a mom, but he isn't sure if he wants any more children. I am happy with him, as I have had a series of unsuccessful relationships. What is the best thing to do? Should I stay with the man I love, or try to find someone who wants kids, but run the risk of not being happy with them?

How can I convince my ex to at least give us another chance, even on a trial basis? Both of us still care for the other one. She thinks it is too late. She said it is too much water under the bridge. I told her you build new bridges. She has seen my profile on the dating site & said if if were a few years back that she would jump on it.
There was a lot of arguing toward the end, but I really believe that there has to be some way to work this out. Its been a year & we still care about one another. She said the trust is gone.

Please read what im asking and answer. IM CONFUSED :-(.
----I just wanna know what you guys think. Lets say even if passed age of 21, but since you are not married, is it ok to still be living with you parents? iWork part time and go to college.

The thing is that im 19 and NOT planning to get married soon. Is it a shame that im still living withthem. Please tell me the truth. Dont you think its hard to be on your own sometimes.? I thought of it, but then im thinking, i cant have as much as i want, since i will be on my own.

----I like it this way, that im with them. Is it a shame? Am i too old, to not be planning to move out sooner or later before marriage. BE HONEST. N TELL ME ABOUT U ALSO. :-).

met this guy in July. I am married so I had an affair. My husbnad and I are getting divorced. But here is the problem. I played this guy for almost 1yr. But after a few mons of playing i really fell in love with him. Really hard.I promised him so many htings. He left his wife his kids nad his carrer for me. FOR ME. Now 1 yr later and we are still not together, We live in different sates ans I am not reedy to make that move at all. HE is I am not. I have to move where he is at. Because that is how he wants it.
HE thinks I am coming to live with him next week. But I can't yet. I have a son here With me and going thryu some court isues. I don't know wht to do . Should I just let this realtionship go?

I have been married for seven years and we have a one year old daughter. Lately my husband has been very secretive about his relationship with the woman who lives down the street from us. While I am positive that there was no sexual affair, I am convinced that he was embroiled in an emotional affair with this woman. Both deny this, but I have discovered countless late night phone calls and pictures of her on his computer (fully dressed for you pervs out there). They both insist it was just friendship, but they went a long was to keep it a secret from me. The past couple of days I have been swapping emails with this woman and she is pretty much telling me that my husband has been telling a bunch of lies about me and now evidently there is a woman where he works that he has been talking about to this woman on a consistent basis. My husband insists that he loves me and does not want a separation. Don't say leave the bastard....(for better or for worse). I do love him.

ok me and this guy went out twice during the school year but the two times i broke up with him b/c of my "friend" and the last day of school we kissed (even though we broke up we stayed as very good friends) and we talk almost 24/7 i feel so stupid for breaking up /w him so i told him i still liked him and he told me he still likes me!=] but he hasn't asked me out why? is it b/c school is over and we really wouldnt see each other or b/c i broke up /w him twice (i explained why i broke up /w him and he told me he understands and still likes me) oh yea and i have gave him hints that i want to get back together so why wont he ask me out?

Okay. So, I'm going out with this boy. I'll call him K. but his best friend, who I"ll call C, is so hot, I have trouble not drooling when I see him. I've been having some trouble decideing which one I want more. My loving, caring boyfriend, or the hottie best friend. So, here's how my theory starts. Me and K are kissing on my bed. I find this nickel(canadian 5 cent) in his pocket, and we played with it for a bit. We soon lost it, and went back to our kissing. That night, at C's house, we were all standing under a crab apple tree, when C started shaking it. The petals fell all over us. That night, as I'm getting undressed, I find the nickel stuck in my bra directly over my heart. As I'm removing my pants, I find the flower petal in my underwear by my...well...you know. I put the nickel and the petal on my desk and go to sleep. When I wake up, the petal is gone. I figured that the nickel from K represtented the love I had for him in my heart, and the petal (con't in detail)

i have been with my girlfriend 3 1/2 years and we live together. i work on the road and she is back home. she always hangs out with her friends that are married, but there are always other guys around but they are only around when I am not there. she goes on these trips and they all spend the night together but she says she shares a bed with her female friend that is married. I am not saying she is cheating but i think she might be lying and letting the married couple sleep together but not telling me just so I wont get mad. I have been recently divorced, it was my choice but I regretted that we only had one child. I decided to give a guy who is younger than me the chance to father my next child, but he does not know this.

I intended that when I got pregnant that I would tell him and give him the fully optional decision to be involved or not. I would not ask him for support or nothing because it was my plan - not our plan.

The problem is that I now like him so much that I would have wanted to delay getting pregnant and turn it into a real relationship. Mind you, he thinks it is a real relationship, he is VERY good looking and ADORES me :).

If he leaves me when he finds out that I am pregnant, I will feel bad, and that was not part of the plan. Oh what can I do now? I won't know for another week if I am pregnant or not, but I tracked my ovulation and we had sex on every one of my fertile days, I left nothing to chance!

If I am pregnant, I am not having an abortion.

Advice, please!
