ok me and this guy went out twice during the school year but the two times i broke up with him b/c of my "friend" and the last day of school we kissed (even though we broke up we stayed as very good friends) and we talk almost 24/7 i feel so stupid for breaking up /w him so i told him i still liked him and he told me he still likes me!=] but he hasn't asked me out why? is it b/c school is over and we really wouldnt see each other or b/c i broke up /w him twice (i explained why i broke up /w him and he told me he understands and still likes me) oh yea and i have gave him hints that i want to get back together so why wont he ask me out?

Ask him out again.... and don't listen to your friend, she might be jealous and want to go out with him. Just listen to your heart and do what you want to do. They might not always be the right things to do, but you would learn from them. Ask him out again, and if you break up with him one more time, you may never get him back again if you want him.

probably because you kept breaking up with him and there still some fear that if he makes that move and gets back together with you then you'll just break up with him

That and you put everything else ahead of him before so why wouldn't he think the same thing is gonna happen again
It's not just your feelings that matter here you have to think about how he feels be patient and if he wants to he will
but let him do it dont' be a bulldozer even subtly,
Accept the fact that YOU HURT HIM and though even though he said he understands he may not want to take that chance again No one likes to be treated like there second place.

He's a typical guy if you broke up wit him twice. Trust and believe you did hurt his feelings and you might not wanna give it third chance cause he might break your heart this time.
