im gonna keep looking back at this question to find out what i can do for my bf as well -- but i think that most of the answers here are gonna be the same.... lol

It depends on how you feel. If you love him and are 100% sure, tell him that, while gazing into his eyes. Then take him out to dinner (or to the cinema), and when you return home, show him the 'surprise' you have waiting upstairs. this is extra special if it is the first time for you both, but if it's not you may need to explore something different, you know, just to make the night different from any other, and special.
A little hint, a lot of men like 'reverse cowgirl'.

Buy him flowers... Do for him the things that would make YOUR heart sing. Run him a hot bath and massage him with oils, especially his feet. Dry him off and put him into clean sheets and do all the things he has asked for but that you might have declined in the past. Then lay a fresh flower on his chest and seal it there with a kiss

Only you know what he is into. If its a certain type of music either get the 2 of you concert tickets or if your short on cash buy him a CD of the music hr likes. If its a football team you could buy him a book about the team or their recent shirt.
Other than that ask him.

find something that he really likes to do.. like paintball for example, and take him out for a day to do that thing, even if u hate it. spend the day having fun with him and dont complain about anything. basically give him a day.
