what's a gal to do when future husbands child goes into needy, meltdown mode 4 weeks before the wedding? I can see the manipulation but he cannot.

My girfriend, her female friend, and some guy decided to play strip poker last night and she lost. Long story short she ended up getting naked infront of some guy (big nono in my book). I had no idea that the game even took place untill she called me crying about how bad she feelt about it afterwards. Should I feel like my trust was betrayed? What should I do in a situation like this?

One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed.

Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me."

I said,
"WHAT??!!
What was that?!"

So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear...

"You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man."

She responded to my puzzled look by saying,
"Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?"

Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.

The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to
take, so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, "Lets get a pair for each outfit."

We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you... she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to
play tennis.

I think I threw her for a loop when I said,
"That's fine, honey."
She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, "I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier."

I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out,
"No honey, I don't feel like it."

Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled,
"WHAT?"

I then said,
"Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while.
You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy
Your shopping needs as a woman."

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added,
"Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?"

Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either....but at least that ***** Knows I'm smarter than her

I don't know what to do. I am 26 & the guy I've been leaning towards is 20. I didn't know that until I really go to know him though. He didn't act like he cares & I don't care. Apparently you can't tell b/c we couldn't. Is this too strange though? People the don't know me think I am only 21 or 22....I guess it's how I look. I can't say it's b/c they think I act younger (I don't think I do anyway) b/c they don't know me yet. And I thought he was at least 25. I don't know when his b-day is yet. Please help...and be nice:)

It seems there aren't many honest guys left. I am currently not in a relationship but it seems a few of my friends who are dating keep getting stepped on by men. What happened to honesty in a relationship? If a guy becomes disinterested in a girl why doesn't he just tell her instead of sneaking around lying and then she finds out anyway.

My ex came around to my house to go to a funeral of somebody we both knew. All was going well until he came back to the house and locked the bedroom door and took of all of his clothes. He was erect and asked me to do things with it. I said no and this was not right and I didnt like it. He then got angry and said it was the least i could do and I looked real nice and then I said no. H ethen started getting aggresive and hitting himself around the head for being " stupid" to allow me to "turn him on"? and started scaring me. he suddenly changed approaches and while nude tried touching me and saying he loved me. I freaked out and he put his clothes on and left while swearing at me and I was left crying on the bed confused as to what just happened. I still dont understand why he did this or what I caould report it as.

I moved to London two years ago to be in this band that my mum and dad thought had 'great potential' (i was only 18 at the time) and because we had rich management who were already a part of the music industry, thought that we were going to get signed. The songs were very good, poppy, charty (girl band by the way) but we were treated like absolute ****. I became very unhappy last year, as did all the rest of the girls in the band, so we broke up two weeks ago. Since then i've been so happy and everything has started to look up for me and my boyfriend whom i live with. My parents however, have completely disowned me, wont talk to me, think iv chucked away my only chance of being anything. I have had a really sore pain in my chest over the last couple of days, got it checked out today, turns out its something quite bad, txt my parents and told them about it, not a single text or phone call. What should i do? I really need my parents support right now and they have completely shut me out

Me & my ex-husband split up 5 months ago. I was with him from the time I was 15, and he was the only man I'd ever slept with. Now that I'm 'free', I feel like I might be going a little overboard playing catch-up. I ended up sleeping with 2 different guys already, both with the intention that it wasn't just casual sex, it was a friendship that coudl turn into a relationship, but neither of them turned out to be what I really wanted in a guy. I slept w/ the 2nd guy just 1 week ago, and there's already another guy that I was kissin and cuddling with last night, and I'm sure it will move into more. Am I going overboard or is it normal to do this, especially when I am so young (20 yrs old) and just divorced? I am on birth control, and will NEVER have sex without a condom, or with random people. Why does this happen? i popped round to see how the kids were doing and caught her totally naked with a naked black guy in my front room about to do you know what on my sofa i asked him to leave and demanded to know where the kids were (she'd left the front door unlocked) ....the experience was very distressing and still haunts me to this day i don't think i can get over this even though we are now back together after much calamity. My boyfriend and I had a tough time about a month ago where we nearly broke everything off because I wanted more children and he didn't. We sorted it out and we agreed that we would have kids someday, but only when he was ready.

I have a 14-month-old daughter and he used to be really uncomfortable around her, but he seems to be getting a little better with her each time he sees her. When we're over at his place she follows him around his apartment and walks under his legs. Sometimes he asks about her and wants to make sure I'm taking care of her. I tease him about it and he brushes it off saying he still isn't ready to be a dad, but I can see him growing into the role a tiny bit day by day.

He's not her biological father and her dad is still involved in her life as well. My question is, as my daughter gets older, I want my boyfriend to have a say in what happens with her education and raising. Is that possible, since we don't want to get married/aren't living together?

Before this guy I had been seeing 3 months left for vacation for two weeks he was acting kinda weird the last night and said I guess I'll see you when I get home. When he got back Monday night I talked to him a little then he basically ignored me at work yesterday. Last night he calls and says he has to talk to me. He said we should just be friends bc he went away for so long and now its weird but he doesnt want any hostility between us since we work together. My issue is he could have done this Monday or even before he left. I think the only reason it is weird is because he probaly thinks I'll ask if he did anything with any girls on vacation. I am more angry than upset....I really want a answer of where this came from because "its weird" is crap bc hes the one who made it weird not me. And he wants to be friends. Some guys get with a girl then spend most of their time chasing others, pretending not to be and telling lies about it all. Is it fun for them? Is that WHY they get in a relationship or something, just so they can hurt and laugh at someone who loves them? Why not just tell the truth up front, eg I just want a shag with no strings? We've been marred for 20 years. In the beginning we had sex a lot. Kids came and I was tired when he wanted it. Now I want it often and barely get it 1x every month or so & it leaving me dissappointed. We married young & had no sexual experience.I used to think I was satisfied with it until recently.
