My boyfriend and I are in a longdistance relationship, I am 15. He recently went to the doctors and found out he has to go into surgery (About something very serious... but I don't want to get too personal) and I need to be there, for him. My mom is reluctant to let me go. Please, I just need to be there for him in this difficult time. Have any suggestions of what to say that might convince her to let me go? I would have to take a plane to get to him. Thank you so much,

My husband beat me on wensday just because I gave his couzin (female) and brother a ride to some place and i didn't ask for his permision. He went out and got drunk. He came home very angry first he choked me and i pushed him back. Then he punched me several times in me face and stomach. He threatened to kill me and my family. The next day (yesterday) I talked to him. I want to separated and he don't want to his all being nice to me but I no longer want to be with him. Its not the first time he hits me but he had never choked or punch me before. I told him its always the same thing, today I'm thinking of telling him to leave. We have 3 kids 6,4,2. I don't want my daughters to watch all this. I know my life is in danger thats why I want out from this marrage.

I got out of a long term relationship (3 years)
about 3 months ago. He breaks up with me for no appearent good reason and has since found "the love of his life"- (which I think he left me for) but anyways, I checked my voicemail and he said something along the lines of " You know who this is, when you get this you better call me back or I will blow up your house you silly female"- now I know he would NEVER do that.. but was that some sort of cry for attention?

and she confessed without getting caught. However, it was almost 6 months long, extremely intense and she was ready to marry the other guy. She didn't make a clean break and stayed in contact with the other guy until recently. Said she still loves the other guy (although you don't know this) but came back to you (the husband) to try and "reconcile". Could you trust her again, even with lots of counseling? Could you get through this or would you end it? Do you really believe that this would have been the only time, even if that's what she told you?

i love my wife but i feel that i cant trust her. she had been acting suspicious and i looked in her sent email folder and found about 1000 emails from a guy from a mmorpg. i was looking thru them and found that they made plans to meet about a year ago, hotel reservations and all . i confronted her and she says they made the plans and met but she never had any physical contact they just had dinner twice, he lives out of the country. i also did some research and found out they had been calling each other long distance on our cell phones for over the past year.
i have been together with this girl for allmost 10 years and marrried over 2 years , i love her to death and i want to believe her and forgive and forget but i cant get the thoughts out of my head. i even went so far as to make her swear on a bible about the physical part with this guy.
i feel like ive had my heart and my trust trampeled beyond repair. help pls

I think that the number should be limited to 4 or 5, I thought the idea was to ask close friends and or family. Now I feel obligated to just ask someone to have an eqaul number. Not to mention that she has told me that she feels "obligated to ask" all of these cousins of hers etc. Again, I don't feel that there should be an obligation, but rather only people you truly want.

So heres the deal... i've known this guy for about two years already but we just recently started, about 2 months ago, actually "talking" or whatever. Anyway he's a super sweetheart and every time i see him he treats me kind of like his girlfriend. But i am not sure if thats what he wants and is just afraid to admit it. (just a little background info... he hasnt had a girlfriend for about 3 years and his last and longest relationship lasted only six months. Oh and I have been single since January, my last relationship was 4 months long and my longest relationship lasted 2 1/2 years.)

I have been married for 20 years to a wonderful woman. Last year I started a business had partnership problems which is leading to the disolution of the business. The financial burdan has been overwhelming we lost over 80k that we owe to the government and cant use bankrupcy to resolve because of equity in home.
On top of that we are both having our midlife change she is 42 going on 60 and I am 44 going on 30. She hates sex and I want it 24/7. I am Pagan, well more correctly Hindu, she is convinced I am burning in hell for that.
I am happy with my life, she is not and spends half the time depressed. The fighting has gotton unreal, She believes I had affair which never happened and I even proved that to her, so we changed the fight to solid money, but in her mind it is still question of my fidelity.
I woke up one day and relized how different we are, and yet I still love her with all my heart, but I feel like we both need to have a redo.
