Have you ever pursued a taken girl then realised that part of the attraction was the fact that she was taken then when you get her you lose interest ???

Is this common, maybe its the buzz of the danger or something.

I just thought i'd add that i would never do this, i'm just hoping that the guy that did it to me will get bored of her and bin her just to make me feel better:)

I believe in karma so i think that it'll happen. fingers crossed.

Now this is something that I have never understood.

If a girl is taken guys should move on. I'll just guess and say that guys like the challenge and they want to see if they can win a girl over someone else without taking in to consideration that it could ruin a relationship just for his own sake.

Yeah I am guilty of this but watch out too but Karma got the best of me because I fell for another taken girl and when I convinced her to ditch her fiance she decided she didn't want me she just wanted to be single again. You get what you give.

Think of it as a death wish; and it does happen. Here in Montana a few years ago a college professor, wine drinking-leather elbow patched suit coat-left wing-pacifist type caught a fellow college professor playing the old hide the pickle game with his wife and he shot them both and then killed himself. It always annoys me when they use a gun as the liberal left whines and cries about it; why can't they use a bow & arrow or a kitchen knife or something like that?

Firstly, you can believe in karma all you like, it still doesn't exist. Secondly, there is no such thing as 'taken'. Yes, there is a stupid tradition that people have called marriage, but that has absolutely no meaning whatsoever - NONE. If you like someone and they like you, go for it. In fact its fun if you beat up the love rival, tie them to a chair and pin open their eyelids while you do their wife! lol

Gutted1: As Krishnamurti said, "It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society". Maybe I'm one of the only sane ones there are. Ever thought of that?

It has happened to me twice... I still love one of the girls, she is the kindest girl I have ever met and she's gorgeous!

The best thing to do is make her see what she's missing out on and draw her towards you.

If this doesn't work, give up, there's plenty more fish in the sea.

Make her jealous!

its the old jealousy game, and also if i cant have her i want her.

Much like a small child with a toy. The child can happily be playing with something else but once you have picked up, say, a ball, they want that.

That happens to me a lot. I don't let it bother me at all. There are so many women in this world. I'm bound to find the woman of my dreams someday soon.

i think most of the attraction comes from her being taken but if she never said then it would be ok .Out of the few people we meet in life probabbly we never see or meet the ideal partner so its ok to check out people

Very common.

Easily justifiable too (If I didn't do it, someone else would have, if she really liked him, she wouldn't have left him, so I did them both a favor).

Not that I would do this, but I understand.
