This is a critical question, because definition of marriage is almost orthognal in east and west. For an Indian girl marriage happens only once in life, but thats not exactly true in US culture.

anyways ive been friends with this chick since middle school and well i thought she was one of my best buddies

so today we r hanging out and we r getting ready to go somewhere and her other friends come on over

and this really conceited girl tells my friend to go to her house,
practically grabs her from me so I tell her "We already have plans"

she goes "no were going to my house bye you cant come bye leave already"
im pissed off cause then my friend does nothing about it
she just stares and so i leave...extremely hurt

Im very hurt right now and angry at the same time

I thought she would say AT LEAST something to that chick but no she didnt do anything
if anyone badmouthed her I would defend her...she wont i guess

i dont feel like talking to her right now but Im gonna see her tomorrow and I know she wont stop bothring me if i ignore her
and its also immature

i dont know what im going to tell her
but ive been with her for so long

sorry me again as u all know he dump me for 5th time coz i wonted to go clubing with him at weekeds
but he friends come 1st.

I need to get out of my marriage. I am just to wore out. Everytime my husband tells me something small or big it is a lie and when ever I want to know the truth I have to do digging and find out for myself what has been going on. I cant just accept things as the truth that he tells me because even if I try something always happens to disprove it.

so here is my real question..

He is in the military and rank is E5 I have only been working part time and I have one child with him. Financially I am afraid I wont be able to pay debts we have incurred if we divorce...any suggestions?

its been one and half year i have been loving this lady .its because she has a beautiful heart.her caring,concern and loving nature towards me made me go mad about her.we belong to different religions,different nations.she cared for me when iam lonely and dying with the surgery i had.she bought me food.she cooked for me though her family hated me.she cared like my mom would have done for me.she avoided me.she kept away from me.iam mentally disturbed.i could not think she behave to me like that.i misunderstood her.i fought with her.i ran away from her but now i realize that i put her in deep trouble with her family.trying to talk to her. but could not get hold of her .please help me .i love her madly.i want to marry her.i want to be with her.please tell me what to do.......

he says that he loves me a lot but our relationship is like if we were friends.

I am married for 18 years. 6 years ago, he had a breakdown. It hasn't been the same since. We haven't had intimacy & closeness that we had. He was suicidal & I was scared of losing him. After the last time, I told him I did not know if I could handle it again emotionally. I think I must have build a mental wall against making myself vulnerable to the insane pain I felt going thru this with him.

It has just gotten worse. He is in counseling & was told he is healthy now. He literally goes to work, comes home, sits on the couch watching TV. We have 2 teenagers that ask me why he is this way. Weekends r the same unless he is golfing (his counselor told him its therapy for him & 2 do it as much as possible). We used to b very social & have lots of friends. He does not have the energy 4 that. I miss it alot. I miss my husband. He says he will never b the way he was b4. We are talking about separating. I miss the passion we once had but don't feel nething 4 the "new" lazy man. What 2 do?

Why do we have to pay thousands of dollars on a dress that (let's face it) either gets thrown in a closet or dry cleaned and stored in a box in our garage? Our daughters will never really where it. Guys only have to pay a couple hundred bucks for their tux. Woudn't we rather spend the money else where for our wedding?

I can't stand my in-laws!I have totally disconnected myself from them.The promblem is with my husband.If they say jump he says how high and I get pushed aside.Like for instense he knew he had to pick me up from work at 9:30 well,thanks to them it ended up being more like 10:30.I have to sit in an empty parking lot all by myself until he gets there.
This is not the first time that it has happened and it is due to him doing his mom's "honey do list".We don't live with them and they don't support us in any way.I am so pissed with everyone in that family that I just want to line them up and slap them one by one.I'm tired of being secound in line to mommy.I'm so fed up of the way she talks down to me and how myself or my children are never good enough for her.What do I do?

When is he going to grow up?

Sounds great, right? Every man's dream to have a threesome with two women, right? Well, what if this is simply a 'transition'. There's this woman who works in the same building as my wife. They've had lunch and 'talked' about things. This woman says she's interested in my wife, but if that means involving me, she's up for it. I think that's a danger sign. What if, in the midst of this 'affair', my wife decides the grass is...greener...on the other side. I don't mind competing with other guys, but to compete with the other half of the population too? It seems, first, that her wanting to be with this other woman is a bad sign, but maybe it IS just a 'swing thing' to her. Secondly, if I put my foot down and insist that we don't do this, will she go ahead and have the affair anyway? Seems I'm in an initially enviable position with very seriously danger in the long term. An affair is an affair whether I know about it or not.

He doesn't pay rent or utilities. He refuses to clean or cook or anything else, but he does smoke continually in the house after promising not to. I got bronchitis from his second hand smoke. I'm always real with him and I know he's always real with me. I thought clingy always meant that you never shared the other person, even though I do, some say that I am.
