i was never married to this man but we have two children.he pays child support every wk, he sees the kids, and he is now married to someone else. what are my rights can i have someone live with me even though we're not married, can he have his support reduced? help please

Okay so just 3 minutes ago I was walking back from my friends play and I was taking this short cut throught the way back of someones yard. i would be walking in mud. so as i was squeezing through the mud the guy from the house comes out and he was yelling, like he was like HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING! WHERE DO YOU COME FROM! How can I find a pen pal, and know that they aren't some creepy wierdo? I love to write, and it would be nice to have someone to write to that I don't know (guy or girl, doesn't matter, I just don't want any creeps).

he broke it off saying he didnt love me no more he loves someone else a 17yr old he's 28 !!

anyway im trying 2 move on. a girlfriend from work has asked me if i want go away 4 a party weekend in 2 months i said yes and as a nice gesture told him in case he wanted to book the time of work (has to give lots of notice for hols). the next morning at 8am i get a phone call from him out of the blue making all the arrangements getting the house on the market. then yesterday he asked what i was doing over the weekend told him a couple of guys from work had invited me down the pub so then i get a phone call today he started telling me all this stuff about how it feels like he been with this girl forever when in fact its been 3 wks that thier going 2 get a place together. what do we tell our child. its only been 3wks im not ready. its like hes either trying to break my heart over and over or trying to prove that hes moved on. what do you think

My boyfriend and his ex wife were texting and she became a pain and started texting and telling him all kinda things. So, he told her to *f**king grow up!" She inturn called the police and forwarded the message to them. The police officer came and spoke with my boyfriend and told him that is was boarder line harrassment...... How can telling someone to grow up be harrassment? Is there anything that we can do to stop her from being a pain in the butt anymore?

My husband is incarsarated & he won't be coming out for at least a year. I'm worried that I'm forgetting how to give head. Do you have any suggestions on preventing myself from forgetting? I am 47, twice divorced, and have tried Internet dating for a couple of years with not much luck; the farthest I ever got was a coffee date or something like that. So I gave up. I am not even looking for dates now...I am just enjoying my life being single, working at my two careers, etc. I am an Evangelical Christian and a Conservative Republican. Summary: I was his friend for 6 years... he had a lot of disfunction in his home... Wife always drunk, almost ran him over (he got hurt very badly), wife was physically and verbal abusive... total disfunction. I had no intention of falling in love with him... it wasn't an instant attraction... I and all those who viewed his disfunction felt bad for him... Then he finally left... we became closer and closer and started dating... I fell in love with him... his warmth... He says that he is not going back to her, but he continues to pay all the bills and has not filed... He said it's because he wants to fix himself first... How long do I wait... I can't stand the fact that I'm dating a married guy. But I love him so much and believe that he loves me too. When I try to walk away, he cries and begs me back... I don't want him to divorce her for me... but for himself... He's been seeing a counsellor for about 6 months now...

I know someone that is married and she keeps throwing herself at a married guy. She will walk to his place of empolyment 5 to 6 times a day. She will get on his myspace page to keep looking at his pictures. On top of that she wants to join a auto college just so she can be around him. She finds stupid reasons to have some type of conversation with him. She doesn't have a good marriage and she is not all that attractive. She doesn't know how to fix herself up. What would you do? Would you tell her to back off and work on her nonexciting marriage or just say nothing?

PS. He is happily married. He only talks to her because he doesn't want to hurt her feelings. There is no flirtation on his part only hers!

I have waited for my guy faithfully for two years whilst in prison, I have written to him everyday, visited in various prisons around the country every week. Our relationship has grown but always had problems, i.e. will he change and stop doing things he was doing and the ' is there another woman visiting you arguments etc' but we've seen it through and we decided to get engaged. we were engaged for 1 month and after hearing he was going to use money from his sister when he got out we got into a discussion where I stated if we were to marry I would not want to live out of someone elses pocket. He opposed this and also told me if I made him choose between his family and me I would loose, ended up where he stormed off out the visiting room shouting I'll stick with my family, you stick with yours. I decided to break off the engagement and did not visit the following week, told him it was over. He has rang and asked me to visit this week but I didn't. Am I right or am I wrong?????

My husband cheated on my with one of his friends he has known for about 9 years (we have been married 7 1/2 years) 3 weeks ago. He told me the day after it happened but i always had a thought in the back of my mind he was always cheating i just couldn't prove it. in my school pic, i looked completely GONE.

its becuase i just had gotten surgery and i felt very sick.....and then after wards (i was sweating profusely) i passed out in the middle of class (vasal vagal? or however you spell it) i had a 12 cm cyst! first day of school! first class! i puke everywhere!!
well anyway, i was explaining this to my crush who asked me why i looked like that in the pic (minus the puking and cyst) and now he seriously thinks im some sort of drug addict...i just look like a mess. i was joking around! i was like yahh i was so high then.
help! what do i say? im healthy!
