This isn't the best solution, but LIE. Tell them that you have to work on a project at that friend's house! And before you go, make a quick poster or something. Always works for me when I just want to hang out.

Not going to happen. Apparently you don't understand the concept of punishment. You screwed up and now you pay the consequences. That means you don't get to do what you want to do when you want to do them.
I have a good reason for you to get out of the house, but it won't get you to that party. My parents would let me go out of the house when on punishment if I was doing community service. It teaches selflessness and compassion. Something it seems you could use a dose of.

for real take your punishment...there will be millions more parties in life....the sooner you take your punishment and get it over with the better....they might ground you for longer for asking to go to another party because they may think you are not taking your punishment seriously...and if you lie and they find out (which trust me they will) they will have a hard time trusting you and then you can say good-bye to any party you want to go to....sooo relax...chill...and take your punishment!!!

tell them that your friend is going through a huge life crisis and that since your parents raised you to be such an amazing, smart, caring person that you are the only one she trusts for help. Tell them that you don't really even want to go and deal with the drama but you just feel so bad for her...she's been having such a hard time at home and you are the only one who can bring some sort of sense into her life. Mom ,Dad , I really must go and help...she needs me!

if ur parents r lenient, you could suggest that you do extra chores, or could have an extra day or being grounded or whatever. im not entirely sure they will let you go, but it could work. offer to do something that benefits them, it could help you. good luck!

If you are grounded then you should face your punishment .And think about why you are grounded in the first place. You don't want to get in deeper problems with mom.

You're kidding, right? Did you not learn the first time? My advice: take your punishment like a grown up and suck it up.

I used to do lots of chores around the house to see if I could get "ungrounded".
Tell your parents that your best friend's boyfriend just broke up with her and she's heartbroken and you need to go comfort her.
