Beauty is on the inside or it doesnt matter what people look like its all about personality
Looks are not that important
Do you think they are full of it of what?? No matter what anyone says you have to be physically attracted to somone to find them appealing no if and or but's

You actually DO NOT have to be initially physically attracted to somebody to have a relationship.
Looks are all well and good, but if a person measures up in every way but looks, you will learn to see their inner beauty (no kidding) and their looks will no longer really matter, and you will see them as beautiful.
I kid you not - it just takes the right person.

I agree completely. The people who say these things about how looks don't matter probably have to make themselves believe that because of their own looks. They have only their personality to attract someone similar to them but in reality they fantasize about a really hot girl or guy. Personally, I HAVE to have that initial attraction and then the do have to have a great and humorous personality or I move on to the next.

I agree. When you initially meet someone you have to feel an attraction to be interested in another date with them. Once you have gone on a couple of date then the inside matters more, because you can always find a nice looking man/women and then find out they not nice inside.
But in my experience I have been on dates with men that weren't that attractive but they had such a great personality that it made them look attractive.

I think all that "inside" stuff is Total Bull. & everyone knows it, but are afraid to appear shallow. When you're a party/social fucntion or simply walking down the street & see an attractive person, & you do a double take, you're not doing it b/c you suspect that person is "beautiful on the inside". Speaking for guys, we're doing it b/c we see beauty, a nice a s s &/or big breasts. It's that simple.
Now don't get me wrong. The inside Does count. A lot. But when you don't know em, it's ALL about looks.

I agree. It is important to be attracted to something. Attraction is what makes you approach someone, right? So how can you even start a relationship if there's no attraction to begin with? However, I do believe that a person's personality and demeanor in general has A LOT to do with your attraction to them. If you walk up to a girl that you are attracted to and she turns out to be obnoxious and annoying and bitchy or whatever, it's not worth pursuing her just for her beauty. So personality and looks are vital components. You can't have one without the other. Gotta rock them both.

You know, I think there are a very very select few that truly don't care about looks. Most people do, and most people who tell you that they don't... do. Some people care more than others, but it's nearly impossible to not factor that in when it comes to a prospective relationship with someone. Personality is more important, but looks are just as important... you have to be attracted to them physically for anything real to happen.

There is no fountain of youth! Looks fade. Once someone gets old, they won't look as good as they did in their teens, 20s or 30s. If a guy approaches me and he is average looking, I take the time to get to know him before I say "Yes, I will date you" or "No, you're not my type". Sometimes the most beautiful people act like complete asses. Would you date a good looking woman who has a black heart? I think not! You'd probably go for the average looking woman with the heart of gold.

I agree with you in a way. Think about sometimes we are attracted to what treats us good and most of the time the person is not physically pretty. Since your a guy, haven't you noticed that most ugly guys have pretty ladies and you think how the hell did that happen.

I think that the first attraction is what gets you in moving towards a new relationship. I hate to say it but looks is important I think that everyone can fall in love and find that special person since we all think different looks are sexy.

Yeah beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So there are some people who look good to others and then some who cross everyones threshold of good looking. Those are mostly movie stars and such. Thats why they say there is someone for everyone!
