I have been married for 5 years. The first few we fought really bad, for that last year or so I thought it had been smooth sailing. But my husband blows up over nothing at all. Everytime something doesn't go his way he calls me names and says he hates me and that the only reason we're still together is for the kids. That I'm annoying and just like my mother. That I'm stupid and make him mad on purpose. I love him with all of my heart and I can't understand why he hates me. He says he would leave me and the kids and be selfish if it would make him happy. I love him and I can't live on my own (financially) and that also plays a part. We have no one to fall back on. It would be me and the kids and I just can not afford it! I always say sorry even if I'm not wrong just to make it go away but it takes forever for him to forgive and it go back to normal... I'm so upset it's depressing me beyone belief!

My husband cheated on me two years ago with his ex girlfriend/baby mama. It made me really insecure although we too have a child together because everyone in his family always amde a big deal of her having his FIRST kids. He only admitted it after 2 years of me pressuring him because i suspected the whole time, which was 2 months ago. Its even worse now because its been verified. I honestly believe he messed up that one time and i love him and he loves me. he treats me well, laways has is a good father and does everything he can to make it up to me and make me feel better. but these feelings just wont go away. when we have sex i cant stop thinking about them together and i keep wondering if he cared about me at al l at the time and things like what did she have that i didn't? It hurts so much because i have always been faithful and giving, the whole time. If i can't get over this, should I divorce my husband?

I am very afraid about taking my wife back, she left me because I would not bend down towards her 3 kids( from past relationships she had with three different guys)and moved to another state and had affair. She said she was not going to tell me about it, but she felt guilty of doing. She said that I was better then the person she done it with. Because he did not give a chance to get, off. In addition, she asked God if he changed her thinking towards me about making love and gives her the desire to open up and please me more. However, its take affair to open yours eyes about your husband loving. She had past sexual problem when she was young she been abused. I deal with that during our marriage. I took a lot from her. Now she had affair now she realized how much I really love her and been patient with her throughout this ordeal. should I or shouldn't I?

I have been married to my wife for 3 years now and I we are both 23 years of age. I have to admit that I am a very handsome young man and I have been told this before. With that being said why does my wife not want to have sex with me on the regular like we used to do before we got married. I didn't know that they snuck no sex in the marriage until a week has pasted. I was thinking that maybe the birth of a child will dimenish a females sexual appetite. I need some help because I find myself really horny for her and I wont cheat on her. Let me know what I need to do to spark up my sex life.

If I were even to consider a relationship with a guy who's 16 years older than me, does it really matter? If you two are emotionally and spiritually compatible, should you really take grievances from what your family says? Because I know my family would have a cow if I (19) were to date a 35 yo guy.

I got to know this yesterday. I talked to one of his friends, a boy I trust, and he he said my boys sees her like a second mom, but he saw her touching him not exactly like a mom. His friend said she is beautiful and he thinks, likes teen boys, especially those that, like mine, are sensitive and somewhat innocent for his age. I talked to my boy, he told me he got to know her at a a swimming pool. He assured me he sees her like a second mom, but fessed she asked him to help her w/ her bra that got unclipped. My boy ended up crying and resentful, said he likes her because she gives him love and at home he feels left out, says I give much more attention to my 15 yo girl than to him and he thinks he's a good boy - actually he's a great boy - and deserves love although he's a boy. He admitted once she touched him somewhat like a woman touches a man but he's sure she likes him like a little bro. I'm lost, don't kow what to do, if she was a guy and he was a girl, this would be illegal.

My boyfriend keeps talking about the 'prostate gland' when we discuss sex and I was kinda wondering where and what it is. Also, does he keep talking about it because he's unsatisfied with my love making skills? Please no gay bashing. Anyone who can answer will get a cookie!

My girlfriend told me that when girls (mostly teenagers) discover how babies are made, they realized that their dad did that to their mom, and for a phase they hate their dad. I never heard anything like that, is this true? or is it just her. I'm really curious.
I know that my sister disliked my dad for a while, but is it because of that? any answers are welcome

My husband and daughter do not get along although somedays are better than others. She has a dad that talks crap in her ear 24/7 about my husband. My husband has been in her life since she was 3 and she is now 11 years old. Last night we had a talk and she told me that she hates my husband and he is trying to take her dads place. I assured her that this was not the case that he just loved her and wanted the best for her. She then told me that she feels that I love my husband more than her because I always take his side when she gets in trouble which simply is not true. I just don't know what to do anymore. SOmetimes I feel I should leave my husband but other times I feel my daughter is just being silly. I'm confused about the whole deal. How do I help them get along? My daughter has now started to threaten me into telling the court she wants to live with her dad. I just can't see a judge giving custody to someone so irresponisible and immature but thats a whole different story!

Should a woman be suspicious of a man who kept going back and forth between her and a particular female while dating and engaged to all of a sudden just supposedly stopped all contact with her after getting married. Does it work like that.? Is it possible that she found out he was married? I heard she was one of those girls that didn't care whether a man was married or not..What could be going on?

This question applies to homemakers, and especially to working mothers. Cooking, house chores, taking care of children while having a career, do you think plumbing, fixing electrical stuff, washing the car, changing the battery of a dead wall clock etc..etc ( trivial stuff but it matters to you as a woman), should also be done by us, women? Is this ok, acceptable? What do you think the role of a man in the house should be?
What are shared responsibilities, wife's responsibilities and husband's responsibilities in building a good relationship and a lasting marriage? How do you communicate effectively so your spouse will accept that a woman should not feel that she is the man of the house, because if she does, then, what good is having a man in the house?

Please share your views. Husbands, your views are also welcome and will be very much appreciated.

I would also love to hear from the older generation, who believes that they are successful in marriage.

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year now. Our relationship seems to be a happy and stable one. He recently went back to school in the evenings and he works full time during the day as do I. When he arrives home after school, I am usually asleep because I need to wake up early for work. Obviously, this has effected the frequency of our being intimate with one another. We have spoken about it and both decided that we could cope with the situation for the next few months while he finishes school. We make a point of spending our weekends together and making up for lost time then. Well, I was on the computer last night and I discovered that he had been looking at some nude pictures of women. Now, I know that men look at porn and I am for the most part fine with it. I have accepted that is a fact of life. But the pictures that he had been viewing were of an asian woman and a blonde woman. I am neither asian nor blonde. But his ex wife happens to be asian.

My gradma is a 64 year old diabetic, and twice she checked my blood suger, dispite my protests. I protested because I have a fear a needles. I know it is not a shot needle, but I still didn't want her to poke me with it. One time she had my brother and step-sister hold me down in a chair to prick my finger. The next time, she made me feel guilty so that she could do it. Now we just a big fight because I wouldn't let her check it. Did she cross a line, or did I over react to a simple situation?

It is him who wants the divorce as he is "no longer happy" in the marriage. He says leaving lawyers out of it and doing the paperwork ourselves will save a lot of money. I don't know divorce law and I am very shocked and hurt by his sudden decision to leave. I should mention, we have a brand new baby daughter, a house that we owe more on than it's worth and our fair share of other forms of debt. I'm just overwhelmed right now and not sure at all what to do.

18 yrs ago I had a son from the result of bad experience w/someone I went to high school with. I was soo distraught over the incident, that my son was eventually signed over to my parents to raise. His biological father never met my son & never seen him, he ended up dieing in a car crash when my son was 6. The thing is, is that his fathers family (grandparents) lived 5 blocks from my parents house & they never knew of my son. I found out a few years back, that after my sons father died, his sister Od'd a year later & than his father died w/in a year & half...so the grandmother lost her son, daughter & husband all w/in 2 years...she never met my son, because my mother wouldnt let me take him over there., she said it was not my business! She said she wasnt ready to share him w/some strange woman.that when hes 18 & if he wants to meet her, than thats his choice. Should I finally tell or is it too late? Do you think she'll be upset for not having the chance to have met her dead sons kid?

We invited my husband's parents and sister over for a bonfire at my parents house this Sunday. We asked them a week ago and they said they would go. Today We called them to make sure they are still coming and they said that they are inviting us over this Sunday for dinner at their place after we already invited them to my folk's place the same day and they already said okay to that. They said that we always see my parents more than we see them and that we never see my husband's sister so we should have to go over to their house. They are always busy on the weekends with car races and horse shows and they work during the day all week while my husband works 2nd shift. So it's almost impossible to get together. What should we do? We've always done more stuff with my parents because his are always busy, but they never complained about it until we had a baby. My husband is upset because he doesn't want to upset me or his mother. What are we supposed to do?
