Well, first of all you really need to tell someone about your dad punching you. Regardless to how you feel about him.. he has no right to punch you. And i really think that you need to tell your mom, teacher , Pastor or someone... Because he has issues with anger and it reallys to be dealt with.. Secondly, Try not to use the word " hate" it's just an unhealthy word to succumb to. And i know that God doesn't want us to hate people. You have to find a another way to deal with your dislikes with your dad. Because no matter what.. he is still your day... We didn't have the chance to pick who we wanted for dads.... So no matter what he turns out to be... love him .. because he is still God's child. Talk to mom about talking to a therapist on the weekends or whenever she and you and see them. This will help soooooooo much trust me... This , not only can help get to the source of all of this tention in your house... but it can resolve alot of it as well... and the one thing that you want is to be a real family again... Don't waste so much time blamimg him or hating him.. Stay focus to you, what's expected of you and re-generate that energy back into your family... You can do this... When dad is talking to mom.. let mom respond back to dad... if he saids something that you didn't like.. share that with mom., when it's only mom around... and then maybe the both of you can come up with good positive sollutions to why things happen the way they do... I really believe that this can be resolved.. It's just going to take some good thinking and good planning ok... Good luck

No, girls aren't born hating their fathers, but I have heard of girls disliking their fathers because they may favor their mother or their father refused them ice cream, stuff like that. That's just a phrase they soon grow out of. If your sister disliked your dad, it could be for another reason only your sister and maybe your dad knows of, like he wasn't there for her, they fight, or whatever.

it's just her. most teenage girls go through a phase when it comes to their dad's but, it's usually b/c he is the disiplinarian, not b/c he had sex with their mom. that's just weird. sounds like your girl has an issue.

No, that's not true. There are probably some girls who hate their dads, but I've never met one who hated him for that reason. sounds crazy

i never went through that phase.
but there's the oedipal complex. there's one for girls too, called the electra complex.
it's where the girl hates her mom because she loves her dad so much she wants him for herself so she wants to kill her mom.
vice versa for boys.
it's a stage like right after toddler years.
but i've never heard of that one.
