probably for a variety of reasons. we see in women a species who is too devoted to governing their decisions via emotion and allowing themselves to fall victim to these powerful emotions. more importantly, however, we live in a society which praises a man who is confident, strong, and unwaivering in his beliefs. most importantly, it is women who are looking for this in a man. whether or not anyone who reads this wants to admit it, women are looking for a man who is sure of himself and if that comes across as thinking one is "always" right maybe it's a little bravado. but i'm just doin it for you baby.

Because men believe that appearing to be indecisive or ignorant will lower their status with respect to women and who they choose to mate with. Women reinforce this belief every day.
If you want this trend to stop, all women have to do is start getting all hot and bothered by the guy who admits to not having a clue about what you are asking him.
Men will always act in the ways that he believes will best increase his chance to have sex.

Yes I have a friend who I would love to be with . But there is no argument with him. He says he is right and that's the end. So I could never be with him. Most men who have been in the military like him are like that.

honestly its a "man thing". look, my husband, now don't get me wrong he is very intelligent, but there are certain things he doesn't have a clue of.. but he would never admit to it. for some reason men feel (YES ALL MEN) that they know everything about everything and god help the woman who corrects them. the funny thing about all that is that when he doesn't know something I am the first person he comes to. LOL!!

Well first off it's not just guys ,some women are like that too.
It's just their personality. I've also noticed that they really do think their always right they argue a point that other people just give in to shut them up.
