what do you do when there is a guy you like but your not sure if he likes you! he acks like it but then again he does that to everyone!! im confused. also what do you do when you like your friends boyfriend!! or when you like they same guy as your friend and you both want to go out with him????

I am currently a 21 year old college student, I am considering moving in with my boyfriend but my grandmother doesn't approve and will not go for it. This basically means I won't have to pay for the apartment, but it could also affect my studies since i have just decided to become a biology major which requires a lot of work. My grandmother wants me to get my own apartment, which i think is a good idea too..but she will be spending more money. She already pays for my school, car note & insurance, cell phone bill and credit card bill. If I move in with my boyfriend and she finds out I will be completely on my own. So should I just get my own apartment to make her happy??

i find when i date, a lot of guys talk about money or designer stuff or trying to get up the ladder etc which is fine but i like men who are sensitive and not afraid to stand out from the crowd and who are more interested in the deeper things rather than becoming some manager in an officer somewhere and trying to impress his friends. as a recently single independant woman in my 30'si'm worried that there are no deep thinking guys left for me to consider! are you out there?

My step-dad hates me. He tells me that my feelings dont matter and other things. My mom keeps telling me she cant stand it and she is going to leave him. I dont understand why she is even with him when he TRIED to kill her!!!and he brought drugs into my house and everything. He even tried to beat me and other things. I have a half-brother somewhere is this world but i dont know who he is. He's by my father, and my dad doesn't "know" the womans name he had my half-bro with. He has no information about my bro and that means neither do I. I dont even know if he is alive but i want to know. I believe it's impossible to find him now. What do ya'll think is there still hope? i just broke up with my BFof two years. i felt like all we had together anymore was sex on the weekends. i kind of wanted a more meaningful relationship and i wasnt getting it out of him. in the meantime my best friend decided she wanted away from her husband and moved across the entire US and get a divorce. that was all about 8 months ago if not more. now ive been hanging out with him and weve realized we get along really well. ive known him for at least the last 6 years and hes kinda watched me grow up. hes 23 and i just turned 18. our families know eachother very well. hes finally asked me if i want to hook up for somthing to do. id like to but the families wouldnt take to the idea too well and his SOON to be ex wife may not take is so easily either... and i think my dad would be very angry. i dont know what to do. im just kinda waiting to see what happens...

I have been with this man for 7 years, and we have a four year old daughter together. He is a great father and has done nothing really bad to me, I just don't feel interested anymore. I feel like he won't do anything around the house, he doesn't barely work, he is in University right now and tells me he wants to get a job where he doesn't actually have to work. It work ethic is well below average. He has never for four years, changed our daughters diaper, gave her a bath, or dressed her. I do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, car maintanence(he doesn't drive), lawn maintanence, everything. I feel like sinlge mom of two kids! I just feel like it might be easier on our daughter if I get out now instead of when she is older and more attached to him. Any advise would be appreciated.

I've posted sevaral questions recently about my troubled marriage. My husband wants me to return to work after being an at-home mom the last two years. Being an at-home mom was so important to the both of us. I gave up a very lucrative career to do so until my daughter was old enough for school. Since that decision, my husband's values have seemed to change. He's more focused on money and material things than I, no longer goes church and lives to work . I'd rather live a more simple life and focus on our family and raise the baby. He's more focused on our big fancy house (that I never wanted), having an expensive SUV etc. etc. I feel like now I am sacrificing what's important to me (raising my child) by going back to work. He swears there is no financial problem...he wants my income to better prepare for the future. How does someone's family values suddenly change? Can my marriage work with totally opposite priorities? He's not willing to compromise. We are in counseling.
