I have a guy friend who says he prefers women to walk on him with heels on rather than normal sex? He often wonders why he is still single? is this wierd?

I don't think it's weird at all. I know I'm in the minority here. But everyone has their own preferences. While a lot of them, I don't share, I can understand where they come from. It'll just take him some time to find the right person who shares his preferences or willing to give them a try, is all.

This is a big topic which I am not familiar with, most peope are not. But, it does have something to do with need, a need that you or I don't understand.
So, let's not judge him in any perversive way. I would suggest moving on to someone else if you don't feel he is meeting or will meet your needs. Save yourself some time and heartbreak.
It may, or should I say, will not work with the two of you.

it might seem weird but it is a well-documented 'fetish' and has a reputable following. He isn't alone in this and individuals with fetishes should be respected just like 'normies'.
