Ask him nicely ONCE to stop bothering you. Explain to him that there is no chance in hell that you are going to take him back (and you aren't just saying that to make him beg- you really mean it).. If he continues to harass you.. call the police. In most states there are laws against even phone harassment. But, the important thing is that you tell him to leave you alone-at least once. And after that it's considered harassment. After a nice little visit from the police (who will more than likely tell him jail time is an option if he keeps it up).. I'm sure he will back off. If for some reason he's hard headed.. get a restraining order. These things which seem innocent can often turn deadly.. Please protect yourself, and best of luck to you =)

Tell him either stop or you will go to the police. But then be willing to do it, get a restraining order and make it clear he isn't to contact you in any way shape and form. But don't do it unless you mean it!

You need to tell this guy to leave you alone once and for all. Move on dude! It's over. Sometimes being blunt in the only way they get it.

Chain a nasty tempered doberman out front. If he persists tell him you will file a police report that he is stalking you. He should get the message one way or another.
