he hugs me like we were a perfect family but when we have $0 money in the bank he doesn't talk to me at all. please help!

I live in Los Angeles, and I wanted to know if anyone can give me some helpful infomation.

I just filed for divorce today. I got my papers stamped at the county clerks office etc..etc...

However,,,I DO NOT know where my husband is at. I know his last address but about two weeks ago he moved out due to the fact that he has a 2 warrants out for his arrest.

He is not being very cooperative with me on this and will not even meet someone to be served the papers.

What is my next step? I'm sure I can talk to a paralegal or attorney but it's Friday evening and I just wanted to know if anyone else out there is knowledgeable of this situation.

kids live around my house. I talk to them, theres another thats friends with one, and I that he hates his parents. His parents are real mean, like today it was his birthday, I heard that for a gift, only thing he got, other than his favorite dinner (he turned 14) is he ca stay out onltil 10 tonight, not 8. Only gift he got. Yesterday I saw him crying, I was told that his father told him "fuc k your birthday, fuc k your life" I guess hes stoped o do somthing on thursdays and his father thought he was slakin off becasue his birthday was today. He also once said his dad hits him, and like forces him to do things, not bad, just if he doesnt do it, he gets hit, (his fathers a big guy, not like fat, but 6'4" and like 280 pounds.
I feel bad for him. I am only 20, and I dont want to always remeber him and geting such badness at him house, FROM his parents, what can I do?

okay so this one boy in my grade i thought liked me...b/c he used to always flirt with me-talk to me and tease me-even complimenting me on my hair and shoes and stuff.....hes in a couple of my classes, but were like aquantinces not friends....but lately hes not paying as much attention to me -in fact hes kinda paying more attention to this girl hes friends with....doing some of the things he did to me (may i mention he did this stuff to me for a couple months) he is kind of a flirt, but it was sooo obvious that he liked me. I have a boyfriend who was my bestfriend for two years. I though I really did like him ever since we met each other, but what I have really learned is that we're better off as best friends...like a brother/sister kind of thing like we were before. OK me and this guy have been friends since forever. And i feel like me and him like each other more than a friend. But I'm afraid of asking him if he likes me or not. There is someone in my martial arts class that I kinda like. But since he rarely talks to me, I figured he doesn't like me. After a while, I began to notice that sometimes when I am near someone else, he will talk and joke to that person. He and I (friends) work Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Mondays and Tues. We talk while at work although his job requires his hands. We are together on lunch breaks and talk til it's time to go to sleep.
On our off days our days start at 7 a.m. We run errands, anything to see each other. Our nights end at 3 a.m. or later. Sometimes we don't sleep. We are together more then I am with anyone else. We sometimes have sex, but not frequently. We go on dates, visit his family members, play basketball together. We do it all. We;ve been friends since the age of 5. His fam calls me up to hang out. We are very affectionate. I'm in love with him. He's told me he loves me. We are like magnets. When we aren't together we are in constant contact. He has a girlfriend!!! I've let him go and then ironic situations have pushed us back together. I don't know what's the deal! He is everything I could ever want in a man. He sets my heart on fire with the simplest smile. I need some thought on this. PLEASE!

I fully admit I was very idealistic and partly niave when I got married 13 years ago. We have grown over the years and have gotten closer in a lot of ways not just "that way".

In 2001-2004 was the toughest time in our marriage I was dissastified with always having to work hard at that time I made more of the money we went through finaicial probelms.

I made a HUGE mistake e-mailing my husbands mom on how he was always being demanding and always wanting *ex and I was mad that marraige was not the party I expected and many times I was mean to my husband in front of others and in private.

What are godly speical ways to aplogize to my husband and NEVER make those awful choices again?

When you got mad at your spouse what were constrictive mature ways to handle the upsetment you felt ? How gave you come to a place of maturity and grace in your marraige?

I am so loney that I feel lost. I have went to the doctor and it's not depression. I am married and my husband has no interest in me. I have tried everything that I have read might help, and nothing works to get his interest. I have tried joining clubs and church activities, and nothing fills the void inside of me. Two weeks ago my mother asked me to drive her to my aunts house to pick something up, it was like 11pm, and I said yeah because my mother has been known to fall asleep at the wheel, and since it was late, I didn't want to take the chance. So I drove her to my aunts house in her car, on the way back the cops pulled me over and gave me a couple tickets that came out to almost $400. I have a clean record. They said the car had no insurance and the safety had expired, I didn't know any of this, it's my mom's car (Ironic thing is I never drive my moms car, it squeeks). Now I have to go to court, would telling them the truth about my ignorance about my mom's car help. I didn't know, I was just doing a good deed to help my mom out. And what is there to expect at court, I've never been to court before and don't know what goes on or what happens?
