Find another best friend, cause this one couldn't possibly be. I would never talk about my best friend, and she would never talk about me. I am sorry you are having to have to deal with this, but at least you know what this person is capable of, and should probably move on. good luck

better evaluate your friendship girl. Ask yourself if you may have done something to provoke this. Know what she is telling everyone about you. Stay calm then talk to her. A civil and calm confrontation would be nice. Ask her why she is talking about you. If she is willing to talk about it,well and good. it is better to tell your friend out front what you feel about the situation rather than agonize about it silently.
You are a better friend than her because you are an honest person. By the Way, friends are suppose to help each other, be there for each other. Friends are not suppose to bad mouth one another. A backbiting friend is never a good bestfriend.

Wow, I am become a celebrity now...! What a surprise...! For me, it is okay if others are talking about me, even there are positive or negative thing. But, I must realize that, if we are living in a human's world, we will meet this kind of activities. That is called a relationship interaction. Do not become too sensitive, because it will hurt yourself. Try to think positive that the people around us care for us, and want to help us... So, be a smart and mature person, because you will be the winner amongst others..

Are they talking about u as in slagging u off? If so they're not a true friend!! Most of the time if someone is talking about u is cause they're jealous. If u want to keep her as a friend then confront her about it. Or move on and find a friend who'll not be slagging u off behind ur back!!

A best friend don't talk bad about you- but find out if it is true frist don't confront you friend just ask her if it is true real good friend can discus things this like sisters

Talk to her. If she is your best friend she will listen and explain. Just get her sode of the story. If she is not your friend break it off. You don't deserve it.
