it's always nice to start at a slower pace. I'd say cheek first

I'd say a kiss on the check first as a warning, and then later a kiss on the lips.

If you're getting a good vibe...go for the lips. But if you're not sure, a "good night" cheek kiss and a hug is always sweet.

Depends how you feel about them. Lips usually. Cheek is more of a friendly thing, unless you're somewhere and just trying to show you're semi into them without being a complete slut.

That would depend on how serious the two of you are. If it's only you I would suggest you kiss her cheek and see where it goes from there.

First date ~ hand shake and possibly a hug if she is receptive
Second date ~ on the cheek
Third date ~ mutual agreement, go for the lips

It's called respecting the girl you are with, something seldom practice today, sorry to say
