There are so many singular methods that you can perform on yourself to satisfy your lustful desires and at the same time keeping your sanity and prevent you from "dying". Do you have some personal problems that make you so "dis-likeable". I believe, from the content of your question, that you are dark skinned and want to get laid with a white woman - the problem lies therein!.
