When the guy I like talks to me. If he talking to me about his girlfriend. He says my girlfriend. When he talks to other people he says her name. What does that mean?

It means that the other people know she is his girlfriend and he can tell that you like him so he is trying to tell you he is taken and is not interested in you in that way. sorry

gurl! of course it has everything to do with the fact he does not want you to overlook her presence in his life. He knows you diggin' him and he says "girlfriend" to you to let you know he is very much into her and he is acknowledging their relationship. Most likely he don't want you to get the wrong idea that you have the ability and/or potential to threaten what they have. If you liking him, like him but do yourself a favor and extend ur social interactions with the male species a little farther so you can basically let him know "ok i'll play my position but it ain't that serious potna!" lol

I t means that he knows you like him and he is making sure you know that he has a girlfriend! Good for him!

hhmm... It may seem weird but somethimes people do things without realizing there doing it. If it bothers you then the best thing to do is ask him, but try to make a joke out of it, something like " Hey man why don't you like to say your girls name around me, what you think your gonna call me her name by mistake" Then see what he says

He's sub-conciously telling you that he has a girlfriend, to prevent you from getting hurt from him saying "no"
Women do it a lot also, when you girls are out, and you find some guy thats interested in you, and your not. usually you guys will say;
~I'm married.
~I have a a boyfriend.
~I'm waiting for my "boyfriend"....etc, etc.
Its just the same thing. putting you down with out trying to hurt you.

In other words hes giving u hints that he has a gf. Move around and stop talking to him bcause youll only get hurt.

I wouldn't take offense to it, it probably just means he is not sure if you know her or not. It is a good thing sometimes when they don't use names because that means they are not as serious.

ugh i hate it whn guys do tht... well i've come to the conclusion tht there trying to make u jealous..as long as u dont make it seen, thn u should b fine..or it could b tht he likes u, but isnt sure how u feel...yea guys are weird like tht..lol
