i am going to court to get sole custody of my 6month old baby girl.... but in order to do that the father has to be there... i have gonne to court two times already and i get the same answer "we cannot proceed until the opposing party shows up or gets served....." but i dont know were he is i know that he is nearby, he calls and leaves me messages at lates hours of the night.... i dont know how to find him, because he has no ssn so that makes it harder,,, i tryed people that know him and people finder.com but nope.... help plese i would really appreciate it... thank you....

My hubby has a friend that he's know for like 15 yrs. This guy recently lost his place to live and my husband said he could stay a couple of days... well it's been a month and he's STILL in my house! I've told my hubby several times that I don't want him there any more, you know the old saying "fish & house guests stink after three days."
How can I express to my husband the importance of getting this guy out? I am ready to pack up my kids and my stuff and tell my husband when his friend is gone then his family will come home. Is that to drastic?

Okay here's the thing, my best friend is a guy(let's say....Jack!). About a month ago we were at a charity venue (Helping out) and him and I were put on a team to clean a particular room. We were having lots of fun and joking around and then he kissed me. Don't get me wrong I kissed him back but then I relised that it wasn't right cos he has a g/f and I had a slight anxiety attack (I have OCD) He was really nice about and said it was his fault. Then a couple of weeks later. A friend told me that "Jack's" g/f had been cheating on him for about 6 months and Jack knew about it. Ever since they broke up and Jack has been acting strange. He's always trying to catch my eye but he seems very distant. I thought maybe I scared with my anxiety attack but he knew about my OCD all his life ao that can't be it. My question is:: Do you think his feelings were genuine when he kissed me or was he trying to get back at his g/f???? He's a great guy and I don't want this to ruin our relationship..Thanks

Does a lie mean that there was malitious intent to cover or hide something like I didn't break that vase. Or can a lie be any untruth, if I said I would be there at 1 and show up at 1:30, even if I had every intention to be there at 1, is that still a lie?

I'm 17 yrs old.I'm deeply in love.Can't move on.
If u yet don't understand wat I hav typed ask again i'll mail it 2 u in a proper way .
See there is a girl from college dat i'm in love with.She means more than life 2 me.We met ,had fun 4 sum time.After sum months i proposed 2 her.She said NO.She said she wasn't ready 4 having commitments & dat i culd find a better girl.After a week or so i proposed 2 her again.She still said NO.But she said mayb after 12th grade. Now a days whenever i call her up,she says that she will call bak ,but she never does.She sent me a mail later saying that her MOM doesn't lik her speaking 2 guys & said that i shuld stop calling.But she wild speak 2 me thru her e-mail ID.Well she doesn't call me nor does she sends me any mails.I saw her last week she smiled at me & i walked away as her mom was next 2 her.
So wat shuld i do ?
Shuld i continue 2 love her ?My heart says 2 do so.
Does she love me ?
Does she feel the way that i feel ?

Okay...when Schuyler and I first got together he didn't cheat by kissing or doing anything with her,he cheated by spending time with her.We broke up...then got back together a month later and he cheated again...well we broke up...about two months later we got back together a month into our relationship he cheated four times,I got him back by cheating two.Since we lived together he asked me to marry him and express how sorry he is for hurting me in so many ways...we have been together for 6 months with no problems...is it safe now to trust him??

k so a couple of months ago i was dumped b/c the guy thought I didn't trust him.i wrote him a letter explaining everything and how wrong he was b/c the truth was that i was and still am in love with him. we were going to take a break anyways b/c we were both so busy and we tried to make things work but it just got messier.we've been fighting on and off for months.but last night he called me up telling me about a dream he had where we were married...after we hung up he called me right back up and was like "i may sound stupid but i've really missed you over these months" and then he hung up.i'm just so confused b/c i know how i feel about him but i still remember the aftermath of it all and I'm just scared and have no clue what to do.should I stay or should I go?

i am dating this girl but she told me recently before we started dating (2 weeks before) that she slept with her ex-boyfriend. does anybody know anything about southern illinois university, or the community in that area? i went to a very large 4 year school several years ago and left because i felt lost in the crowd. i'm looking at siu, and would like to know if anyone has any knowledge, firsthand or otherwise about what the people or like and the quality of life there? I got pretty drunk at a bar and seen my bf's friend......he kissed me and I kissed him back....when I realized what i was doing I stopped and told him how I felt about my bf and asked him not to say anything....well I think he said something bc the next day my guy told me he had something to talk to me about...he proceeded to ask did you k.....then stopped and said nevermind we'll talk later......but he has never brought it up since then but I don't want him thinking that he can't trust me or that when I go out Im kissing guys b/c thats not the case....I really care for him and want this to work out. I called child support, and they got a report on March 22nd saying that they will receive my ex's taxes and even told me the amount. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive it? This is the first time in 7 years that I finally got his taxes!!! Thanks for your help!

My bf and i had a fight over this. He made a comment about him having whoever he wanted in a place he says is perfect for having sex. That remark made me feel very bad. I mean "whoever"? He said that i'm not the only one, i said that i should be for him, and he said he didn't like the way i think. Thing is, we have been together for 4 years, and have an exclusivity agreement. I think he's feeling the need to play the field, but he doesn't break up with me, he just says all sorts of hurtful things. But later he says stuff that he needs to find someone who DOES want to be with him. As if i don't because i point out that i don't like those comments and they make me feel bad, and that if he loves me he shouldn't say those things.
But just a few days back he acted all concerned and sad cause he said he felt i didn't love him, which i assured him i do.
What's going on here?

It's about a guy who started working in the same office about a couple of months ago. We don't work in the same department but we casually talk, email/message every day in the office. A few weeks ago we went for lunch together and the next week Friday we went for drinks after work. He initiated the both occasions and we sneaked out to avoid being caught by other colleagues. I really like this guy (he doens't know) but I am very confused because he says he is not up for office relationships (though he also said "unless it's serious"). What does this mean? time on someone who can't put her first and why would she want to take seconds to his wife and family but at the same time most of the single men her age are divorced with children and they constantly say "my children come first, my children are my priority"? I have tried dating single men my age (40+) and they all seem to be divorced with young children (my child is almost grown) and never seem to have time to date because they are busy with their children't sports activities, etc and they spend their holidays with those children and as a result I am left out just like if I was with a married man. The few single men my age that don't have children are usually those who have never been married (red flag) and are looking for much much younger women to start families with. Where are all these single men that will put me first at? I am not finding them.
