i think you need to have a heart to heart with her and ask her where you stand because you really miss her and let her know exactly how you feel because even if she doesn't feel the same way...and god please forbid anything happen to her at least you have the comfort of telling her how you feel no matter what

Since she came back and didn't let you know, you now know that she really isn't the friend you thought she was. Her behavior toward you doesn't look like she cares about the friendship. Move on with you life and establish friendships with an honest and caring person. Good luck.
