Depends...were you under 18? What's your states minimum age for marriage (some states are 16 without parental consent if your spouse is 18). How long have you been married? Do you have children? Were you coerced? If you married at 17 and you have been married for 5 years, you would be treated as married by law. If you married at 14 and you not 18 yet, you can get it annulled. If you willing lied, you committed fraud against your spouse and the state. If you want it to be legal beyond question, let the state know that they made a mistake on your birth date on the license, and have it changed. If your trying to find an easy way out of the marriage, your age won't hold much water if your spouse contests it. You would be better off going through a proper divorce.

Depends. If you were too young to marry, but you lied so u could, then no it would be highly illegal and you both could probably get in trouble. Now if you were lying about ur age, but u were both able to marry, i dont see why not. But I also dont see why u would lie, if ur both legal to marry?

It would be fraudulent to lie. If the marriage was legal or not depends on the state you live in and the age of consent.

No, and the marriage could be anulled. If you are underage it is obviously that its illegal. If you are lying because you dont want someone to findout how old you are, you do have to show ID when getting a marriage lisence. Dont hide your age, it will come out...

If you said you were of age of consent, and you were not, the marriage would not be legal.
Otherwise, you would have to check state laws, but most likely it would be legal.

Lie how? Pretending to be older because you're too young? Yes it would be illegal...
Saying your 42 when your 48? Maybe that's no big deal

That depends, if you are younger than the minimal age limit when you got married you have just committed forgery and lying under oath. No big deal just your conscience.

how are you going to lie? you have to have a copy of your birth certificate to get a marriage license... and i'm pretty sure that if you falsify your birth certificate that you're breaking more than one law

Of course not, you'd still be underage and that fact will not be changed untill you reach 18, it would be void.
