There are millions of bad chat up lines. The best one I know of isn't very clever, but it works. It's simply, "How was your day?"
It gets the girl to talk about herself and open up, but it isn't invasive, and it doesn't sound cheesy.
If the girl is interested, she'll open up and give you copious details about her day, giving you lots of opportunity to make a good impression by using your best "paying attention" pose on her. Look interested. Look concerned. Ask gentle, probing follow-up questions to indicate that you haven't just been nodding to everything she's been saying while checking out her cup size.
Try it. You'll like it.

I have never used this one, but have often been tempted. Its likely to get you a slap in the face though.
Whilst waiting to be served at the bar, if there is an attractive lady next to you just do the following -
Look her in the eye
look down at your crotch
look her back in the eye
look down at your crotch
look her in the eye
look down at your crotch
Then look her in the eye again, and very dryly say "well its not going to suck itself"......
Brace yourself for a slap.

I know it's corny,but One guy used the old bellamy brothers song "If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me".I had to go on a date with someone brave enough to use that line.

It was when i was about 16, in South Africa. It was to me. Are you feel hurting? No i said puzzled he then said cause you have been running around my mind all night i did laugh as it was a good effort.
