my mom humilliated her this morning telling her lots of stuff that really hurt my fiancee. Why are there some people who can not forgive others easily if life is short and it is much better if you take all grudge and hatred out your heart? Now, I am between the wall and the sword and I do not what to do because my fiancee does not want to see my mother's face anymore and I had a fight with my mother because of all this. I feel so depressed now....

I went to a bridal shower for my nephew's wife about a month ago and now I received an invitation to ANOTHER bridal shower. Is it common and/or appropriate for a bride-to-be to have more than one shower???

My ex says she still loves me the way used to even though she left me...now she has a new bf....she says the same....She always turn to me...for help but i'm always being mean to her because of the problems she asks me hurts me..relationship problems with him..I ask her if she loves him...she doesn't even know. I ask her why she left....she say that it's hard to explain...she wants to come back at the same time she doesn't.

She seem so messed up......and i'm confused by her confusion. recently i got fed up and decided to break contact until she settles down. I message her and gave her some advices to her problems (work out with her bf and have faith in herself to be independent, talk to mom about problems).. and about love...time... she'll know whom she really loves ...i'm her ex for a reason and i have to move on. I love her alot and what she is doing make me go insane...i need room.

I am looking for a mature man that wants more than just booty. I have got dumped by my last 2 boyfriends b/c I didn't want to do it with them right away. I don't have a problem or anything, we were only seeing each other for a matter of days and the other one was a week and a half. Was I being too slow? I just like taking my time and maybe I was just moving a little too slow. If you have any advice, please share. I am ready for a real relationship, and I want love and respect.

This guy I have know for yrs has a live-in girlfriend of 17 yrs. and no kids. She does not own any of their real estate- just some furniture. She works all week, cleans the house, takes care of his mother that lives with them, and makes sure the bills get paid and mails his tax papers. He tells me he is not happy with their sex life and wants to kick her out and move me in. He has told me about their disagreements. She has said "I am not wanted here." He wants a motorcycle and she ask him not to because she was afraid he would get hurt. He said he told her "Well, I can ride the motorcycle and you can stay at home." When he told me he kind of rolled his eyes about her and said that "she was mad all evening but I was just joking." He talks very arrogant. Sure he owns a few rental properties but I don't think that he should be so fussy or arrogant. He used me as a guaranteed sex partner years ago and says that he always loved be but could not find me because I moved. HELP?

I've been best friends with this girl forever. I work and live with my boyfriend and she is a very independent girl that loves to date. I love that about her and that has never been a problem. She would always get upset at me saying my boyfriend was the reason I didn't go out and that wasn't true at all. It was either I was tired from working and school or had no money. Anyways she got a new job serving at a club at night and completely did a 180 in her schedule. She stays up all night than sleeps during the day gets up doesn't eat works out and has lost a lot of weight. She wasn't fat at all to begin with. She is a beautiful girl and I am afraid she might be on something and it scares me. A week ago we text each other about meeting up after work for some drinks and she was all excited saying she hasn't seen me in forever. I call her she never answers and I haven't talked to her since. She won't return my messages or calls...Nothing has happened b/w us.I just don't know what to do?

I am recently divorced (although we were legally seperated for well over a year) and trying to start a new life. I have been with my boyfriend for just about a year. I love this man a great deal. He treats me better than anyone I have ever been with. Though in the year that we have been together, we have never spoken about marriage. Which is fine, I have been happy with the way things are. Anyway, he has decided that he wants to go into a training program that will cost him $20,000. He would graduate in about four months and is pretty much guarenteed a good paying job right away. However, his credit score is too low to qualify for the loan. He is asking me to co-sign on this $20,000 loan. I told him that while I love him, believe in him and support him fully, I am not comfortable doing this. I only make $20,000 a year! He is angry and says that I do not trust him or believe that he is a good person. He has no one else to turn to, his family is living in another country.

my boyfriend and i are currently ring shopping for an engagement ring, and have been keeping it on the down low, but his brother has just come back from his holiday to announce he has proposed to his girlfriend.

what do we do, should we hold of for a while or go ahead and announce it, i dont wnat to seem like a ***** and be stealing their thunder or anything but it's just that we have been waiting for a year to be able to afford to do it and now that we can they have gotten in there first.

what do we do for the best? and how long should we leave it before announcing, we were going to be announcing within the next few weeks ourselves.....

So it's been almost 2 months since my girlf friend has broken up with me after 4 years being together... and I miss her terribly...I don't know what excuse could I use to call her? should I tell her that I miss her? I have been married for almost 8 years and in the past year I have become very unhappy. I love my husband but not like i should. I love him cause we have a past together and kids together. He has a short fuse with a bad temper. He doesn't hit me or our kids just alot of yelling. He doesn't help around the house. He just watches cartoons with the kids on the couch most of the time. Well I want more in life. He isn't a terrible husband and father but he is good either. So is it better to put my kids through a divorce or to stick it out being unhappy for their sake? Am I being selfish?

i have this friend who is so nice that it gets annoying sometimes!

and she kinda talks too much even when im talking to some1 else she'll just interrupt, and if i asked her to wait or ignore it she thinks i hate her which i dont!

she sets next to me in class and i cant change my place and i cant end my friendship with her and i dont want to its just that im going through lots of things these days and its easy to make me angry these days and i just cant take it anymore!

i just need time away from her till i calm down she's driving me crazy!
she talks and never listens so i what should i do?!

My ex has dated me and another girl on and off for the past year. He always comes back to me...we have the best times together and get along great..never argue or anything. He says he doesn't know why he ever leaves me. (But he always does-then comes back like 2 weeks or a month later). Could he love me or care about me or is it some other reason why he always comes back to me...? Serious answers please, I'm 21 and the guy is 35, so it's not another teenage question on yahoo answers.

sometimes stay longer than neccessary on these business trips. I often would stay an extra night or two just to have some alone time and pay out of pocket for it. I would tell him I was working (flexibile hours at my job, so he thought nothing of it).

We were going over all our receipts and what not with accountant last night, and I had saved some of the receipts that I was supposed to submit to my employer for reimbursement.

Anyway long story short, he discovered that I was staying longer than needed on my trips, and is very upset. He thinks that either I am cheating or can't stand being around him.

I simply wanted some time to myself after attending these stressful meetings.

I have my own savings account for this very reason, but did not want him to know how I use it - he thinks that sort of thing is a waste of money.

How do I get out of this one? I already explained it has nothing to do with him, but my need for alone time, but he won't calm down.

at first when my girls were small they always wanted to do things with me and i never said no i always played with them or read stories to them practice there sports with them
in fact they were my best friends but since they hit 16 and 18 they just seem to want to talk and do things with there mom
i feel like im on the outside looking in. my wife works part time
so she has more contact with them i dont know what i can do
to get them be close to me again i dont know what i did that was so bad that they dont want to talk to me anymore they

I was raised without him and never met him. I dont feel it has affected mine in anyway.
My mum left him before I was born because he was physically abusive. I get alot of people umming and ahhing me when I tell them that I dont know who he is but its never bothered me. I dont have any desire to meet him, and I dont get jealous that my friends and brother have contacts with theirs. I dont try and find a 'father figure' with older men. I had a fun and full childhood and my life now is pretty good
