It shows a little picture of a hand sketching in the seconds then minutes and so on..It shows the whole date and time.

I don't have a windows disk so I can't refformat, and my computer is so screwed over I can't even go in and delete all the users of the computer and start fresh.

I constantly use allot of audio samples in my music and they require allot of ram. So I got a new computer that has a Windows XP, Dual Core 2 Processor and 4gb of DDR2 665 Ram with each DIMM having 1GB in them. The board max out at 8GB. I just tried loading alot of sample in a software I have (Quantum Leap RA) and at 2.15GB of ram used, the sample wouldn't load! So I dont know what's going on...

My computer recently crashed. This one is a spare. When I turn it on it startes up like it should it says HP then it goes to the XP screen then it just starts all over agin. I called HP and they were no help. The computer didn't come with start up disks either. Have any ideas on how to fix it or what's wrong.

Basicly I have a good CPU on what turned out to be a bad motherboard and I want to get a new motherboard for that CPU. I know it to be an Intel Pent. 4 speed is 3.7 ghtz with hyper threading. However what socket is it so when i look at new motherboards I know which to buy?

Today i reinstalled the drivers for my sound blaster card, and now everytime i play a song, right afterwards my computer freezes. I cannot do anything, everything is frozen and sometimes i cannot even get it off by holding down the button on the tower. So, I'm really confused and need some help. Anything would be such a big help. Thank you!

My computer freezes at the Loading Windows screen (the one that shows the blue bar moving across the screen) and i cant find a way to fix it. I had tried to install a DVD drive before it started doing this and i don't now if i may have altered something mistakenly. Please and thank you.

Bascially. If i get a mac, is it better to get it with a G5 (or the latest G processor) or an intel. The advantage I see with an intel is that I can also run windows XP. Which is the bette processor if this matter is dis-regarded.

After the computer turns off all by itself, I turn it on again and it says it shut off because of a Thermal Failure and makes me push F1 to get things going again. Does any one know why this is and what I should do about it?

Well I got some free RAM, It's free from a friend, why turn it down? Well my PC runs 3200 but we have a PC 2700 333MHZ, Well every time we boot it loops and reboots. Thing is when we enter the bios it recognizes the ram perfectly and says in total we have 1024mb....Anyone know if it CAN be fixed? Or should I just sell it?

ok my comp was not finding my hardrive so it would bootup so while it was still on i unhooked the hardrive & tryed to hook it back up & it sparked & cut off did i blow a fuse or did i just screw up big time
there is not power anywhere the green light in the back is off it wont come on at all

If i go to a place like bestbuy or Circuit Ciry and i pick up a brand new desktop. Will the Windows Vista Software be included in it?

I need to know because what if my cpu gets damaged and i want to do system recovery, How am i going to do it w/out the vista cd? Or if there's another program that can do it, i'd love to know
