Hi, Im looking at buying a new sound system for use with my computer. I have an AC97 Realtek sound card that says it 5.1 ready. I want to pay less than £50 for a speaker set so can anyone recommend somewhere to buy them from and any that are specifically good.

Thanks

p.c sound systems are very cheap at the moment, even for 7.1 surround sound, but the creative inspire 5.1 system(http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=159191)is a real bargain for £37,creative are probally the best manufacturers of p.c sound systems and also sound cards
combine this with a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 OEM(http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=292191)and you will have a very good sound system and less than £60
i know its slightly above the £50 budget you stated but why spend money on a nice set of speakers if the sound card your using isnt up to much
good luck mate
