I don't have a windows disk so I can't refformat, and my computer is so screwed over I can't even go in and delete all the users of the computer and start fresh.

Do you have restore enabled on your computer? If you do you can go as far back as the oldest restore point on your computer.
goto the start button--> All programs--> Accessories--> System Tools and click on System Restore. Then find your oldest save point and thyat will take you back to that date.

Click start --> all programs --> accesories --> system tools --> system restore. Follow the steps and in the mini-calender go to the earliest date you can find. Worst come to worst go to your computer manufactorer and get a system restore disk. Make sure you backup all your files.

Well, you should get a Windows Disk. That's the eaiest way.

go buy a new windows (xp) and locate all the drivers to your computer and about 2 hours later your computer will run like new

Restoring the system might have been the easiest way to start out fresh.
Check if you have a (D:/) Drive/Partition in your computer. To check, go to "My Computer" and check if you have a (D:/) drive. If you do, email me!

You may use some free disk cleaner software which cleans out unnecessary junk/temp files and cleans out your registry.

Do this...
Start > RUN in the box type "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe"
Go all the way back to the date of wich you puchesed the pc and RESTOR it to that date.
