I wouldn't advise deleting all the other wallpapers,as they are part of Windows. However, you could move them to another folder, where Windows (and your little sister) can't find them.

You could also set up two user accounts, with yours as the administrator and password protected.

Various Windows OSes will let you creating different accounts on your computer. Create her an account and password protect your account. That way, she can't mess with any of your settings while making her own account look and feel comfortable to her.

Yes put a password on, so she can't get into your computer, OR beat the #$£& out of her, and chop her fingers off. Bet she wouldn't touch your computer again!

yes, it is 100% preventable. set a password for your login on your main computer network. then, set a password for your contol panel accessabilities. it is not hard. just go to "my computer", then head to the "passwords" section from the "control panel" . it is particularly easy for any level computer user

I know you can prevent rightclick on the desktop...

Goto "Run", type in "regedit"

Find this path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
Explorer]

Find or create a new DWORD value "NoViewContextMenu"

Type in 1.

Restart computer

yes pass word your pc or chop her hands off but better to put a pass word on pc
