i was on the motorway on Thursday stuck in traffic, and i dont know how but i hit the car in front, it was a very very slow impact maby be like 2mph yes two miles per hour. So we both got off the motorway and stopped on the hard shoulder and there didnt seem to be no damage on his car but a small scratch from before and you could easily tell it wasnt from this accident. We exchanged registration numbers and contact number but no insurance details he, said to me he will get a respray quote and get back to me asap. He still hasnt contacted me, if he doesnt contact me for another 4 or 5 days will he void his insurance by not notifying them about the accident within 48hours ???? please help and what should i do ??

Friday night I was rear eneded. I have no police report. But there person who hit my car is working with us. The question is with no police report will a body shop even look at my car? Also if it is totaled what happens? Thanks.

well i turned 18 last week and i have never had a drivers permit and i want to know if its need first in order to get my license...or are permits just for those under 18...i live in new york and i always takemymom's car with her permission ofcourse therefore i have experience at driving. Can u please list the steps i have to take in order to get my license.

I bought a car a month ago from a used car dealership in which I paid for the car by check (full amount). He said he was going to wait to give me the title because he wanted to make sure the check cleared. Well its been just over a month now and he hasnt sent the title to me. My buddy at work told me that a dealer can get in big trouble for not making sure I get the title in the 30-day period. Is this true? What are the consequences the dealer can be held against for this? Would it allow me to return the car for my money back? I live in Kansas, not sure what the laws are here about it. Thanks.

i was in an accident ABOUT 4 months ago.I was hit by a drunk drive that left the scene after he hit the car i was in.

Agine i waited like 4 months after the accident to go the hospital, to get help.
The reason i waited so long was because i am,very wary of lawyer, hospitals and things of that nature.It was also very cold outside during this time, and i honesly thought that my pains could have been from the weather,

but when the weather started to warm up i still had pains, so i got a lawer.
i was seeing a 2 doctors for 2 months now and was discharged.
I KNOW THE ADJUSTER GOING TO GIVE MY PROBLES ABOUT WAITNG SO LONG.

SO MY NEW QUESTION IS IF I HAVE TO GO TO COURT WILL I WIN,
MY LAWYER SAYS THAT THE TIME SHOULD NOT MATTER
BOTH MY DOCTORS SAY TIME MEANS NOTHING, BEACUSE PEOPLE SOMETIMES COME A YEAR AFTER AN ACCIDENT. AND ITS MY RIGHT,

I HAVE PIP.

IF I GO TO COURT I HAVE MY FARTHER AND WIFE THAT ARE WILLING TO TESTIY ON MY PART, AND SAY I WAS IN NO ACCIDENTS BUT THIS

I'm reading the booklet but for some reason I feel like I'm going to fail it the first time. I took some tests online and I didn't do good on some but I did better on others.

Do you remember any of the questions from your test?
What are some of the main things I should focus on/ review before the test?

I'm going to take it, probably tomorrow or Tuesday. :(
I always watch my mom drive but I'm a horrible test taker. Like, even when I know the answer, I'll doubt myself and get it wrong. :(.

I'm 16 years old and a straight A student. This is my first offfense.
The ticket says that I don't have to appear in court. I want the ticket to be removed and I don't want my insurance to go up. I have two options Plead guilty and get court supervision and I can go to a four hour program. Or Plead not guilty and go to court. Which option will clear the violation from my record and help make my insurance not go up. The officer said that the violation was not considered a major violation because major violations occur when you go 21MPH over the limit and I was going 20MPH over the limit.

I live in Nevada and am looking to buy a vehicle that is titled in Illinois. How do I make sure that it is all legit? It supposedly belongs to a "grandmother" who has taken ill and was put in a home an no longer needs the car. So, what is "granny" can't sign the title. How do I make sure the car isn't stolen, and how I am to be sure that the DMV isn't going to hassle me on getting the title transfer or getting it registered? What do I need to know? It is a nice car and would love to have it but I don't need all the headaches of getting it registered even if it is a legal title.

I am trying to help a friend get her driver's license. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a car and I'm flying in from out of the state. I'm trying to see if I could borrow a car from another friend of mine. If not, is there a place I can borrow a car from for the purpose of taking the driver's license test? If so, does anyone know how much this is gonna cost?

Can I talk to a judge and ask him if i can attend a traffic school to keep the ticket off my record for insurance purposes
And can I obtain court supervision.
This is my first offense and I'm 16 years old. I'm a straight A student that attends a community college and I have never got any other tickets. I was caught in a back road were there are hardly any cars

My elderly mom can't pass the requirements to get a license in Illinois and continues to drive to "church and the market." 1 - why do they keep renewing her plates and 2 - will the insurance company cover a claim in the event of an accident?
