It's the Road Tax disc holder & tax disc showing that you've paid the fee on the vehicle to use the road in the UK...

lol road tax mate with out it your insurance is not valled, your car can be removed and crushed.
every car in the uk and bike must display a in date taxdisc this is the duty we have to pay to drive and park on a public road

IT IS A TAX DISC.WHEN YOU PAY YOUR ROAD TAX THEY SEND YOU THIS WITH A DATE ON SO POLICE/TRAFFIC WARDENS CAN SEE YOU HAVE PAIS YOU ROAD TAX AND WHEN IT RUNS OUT FOR YOU TO RE NEW.
