stuck with the car and the bad credit. they have stopped trying to repossess the vehicle. What should I do? I need the vehicle to go to work at this time. will I be able to register it? I have the title with the lien holders name and my name on it. HELP!

yes you can register it insure it and since they charged it off Iwould call and get the title so you can eventually sell it if they do not want the vehicle back then they have to surrender the title to you

You should be able to insure it and renew the registration without any problem. Just don't expect to sell it. The finance company WILL demand payment to release the title. That's their ace in the hole and you won't even be able to junk it without a clear title.
