and I even took the defensive driver course online , they told me that it was because they rise the premiuns in the whole state of virginia? is this true or just a lie?
Is it someone that has/had the same problem than me?

i am the policy holder but if i decided to put a second driver onto my policy can the insurance company decline them or do they have to take them?

so i got into a car accident in the middle of june, and the stupid lady that hit me did not end up having insurance. so i have to pay out of pocket (my deductible) to get the damages to my car fixed. im scheduled to go in tomorrow to get it appraised..

she told me to bring my registration and my license, but there is only one problem: i dont have a license right now. my license was suspended a couple weeks ago and i wont get it back until october. how can i get around this? should i just call my insurance and tell them ahead of time? because i still have my policy, and by law, they should still hvae to fix my damages i would think... ? :(

need some advice please, i was waiting to turn right, and a car hit my car from the back, he wrote me all his details and a note saying "I acknowledge that the accident was my fault" and signed it.
now, i only have 3rd party insurance,so i can't get my car fixed until he report the accident to his insurance. and it have been 3 days, he haven't make any move. and it seems he didn't want to. what should i do?

I was just in a car accident. The car in front of me stopped at a poorly placed cross walk, so I stopped too, but the SUV behind me didnt....he smashed right into the back of my car. My car only sustained relatively minor damage to the trunk...it will probably cost around $1500 to fix I would think. He didnt want to go through insurance, so against my better judgment just got all of his insurance info, license plate, address, and phone number. We didnt call the cops. No pictures. etc. Am I going to be sorry about this? what should I do? Is there anything I can do to protect myself if this guy turns out to be a jerk who doesnt pay up?

what are the options if ur charged with hit and run .... it happened while parking .. was with my hubby( poor he .....he's been chrged fr not informing since he s the responsible party)
it was a mistake and damage is like for 1000$ my insurance is ready to pay .. i admitted it to the cops when they came for investigation ...i said i was scared to inform ... i handed ovr the noe which i had already written..
they said that its hit an drun as we did n inform ..now we have to appear in court ..m really scared ..like we r reputed ppl and i dont want any kind of mess ... we already have other trbl gng on in family and with kid .. work pressure ..i dnt know bad timings ..

Has anyone had a request fror the DMV to a physical exam ? They seem to request them and require them back in 10 days ? Who can get an appt. with a doctor that soon ? WHo has access to these medical records once they are sent ? How often can they require them ? Who has to pay for them ?

Within three months, I have gotten three tickets. First was fallowing too close wich resulted in an accident. Then this last week I was pulled over for speeding. The cop comes back and asks me if I knew my license was suspended. No! I had not paid my ticket for the above and had also moved and had not changed my address, so they suspended my license. So I was ticketed for driving on a suspended license and speeding. What is this going to do to my insurence? Before these tickets, I had not had a ticket in five years. Am I high risk or what? Any help is appreciated.

I rented a car from Enterprise and declined their insurance. I had credit card insurance. However I made a blunder of not initiating the rental in that credit card. While driving the rental car the tire blew out and the car hit the median and there is some extensive damage to the car. I am in deep trouble now as my credit car insurance will not work as I didnt initiate the car rental in that card. Is there any way that I can salvage this situation? Please help!!
