need some advice please, i was waiting to turn right, and a car hit my car from the back, he wrote me all his details and a note saying "I acknowledge that the accident was my fault" and signed it.
now, i only have 3rd party insurance,so i can't get my car fixed until he report the accident to his insurance. and it have been 3 days, he haven't make any move. and it seems he didn't want to. what should i do?

You should take all the details to a solicitor and if he says so give him the case on the basis the other person pays all costs ~~

The answer depends on how much you want the authorities involved. How badly was your car damaged? I know people who settle for a cash donation on the spot and don't even bother to fix the car. Others file a claim through their insurance agency and go to court. The most important thing is to document what happen via a police report. That will cover you. Suerte!

Call his insurance company and report the accident for him. Send them a fax of the document you have. They will fix your car and spank him for not notifying them within 24 hours.

You should have got the police involved. If so, he would have to turn in a paper within 10 days or have his licence suspended....

see if your insurence company will handle the situation for you. Sometimes if you let them know, they will fight the other company to get it resolved as soon as possible.
