I am buying a new truck, and I am getting full coverage insurance on it. If I let somebody drive my car that has no car of their own and no insurance, will they still be covered by my insurance if they get in an accident since I gave them permission to drive my truck?

My uncle bought a car, but could not get it registered. He asked me to register the car for him. I did. First Mistake. He stopped paying the insurance, so I called the police to see what I could do. They told me to report the car as unauthorized use. and report the situation to DMV. DMV asked if he was supposed to drive the car, I said no. Since he started back drinking and quit his job, I was not helping him anymore. He would not go to DMV to transfer the title back to his name, and had been avoiding me. So the I canceled the tags and registration, but the title is still in my name. DMV referred me to the courts for the title. So the courts reffered me to get an attorney, because he has since then stolen the title from me,Summary. He bought the car, I registered it, and canceled the tags, reported the car to the cops and unauthorized use, Am I still responsible for anything he does in this car. He has been pulled over but never arrested.

Lets say you bought a brand New BMW, and you are professional mechanic and you modified the car with differnet other brand cars to make it your dream car...
You do so much modification that at the end you wouldnt be able to tell if it was BMW or AUDI or FORD or whatever, coz it has pretty much everything...

NOW my question is, what CAR (name) will DMV register it in their record after all your modification that you did ???
Will they leave it as BMW lets say (318, black colour, bla bla bla...) that you bought it, or they will make up smthin? :D

Hi! A few days ago someone rear-ended me and resulted in just a paint scratch in my back bumper. The cop said that a police report would not be necessary because the damages were less than $1,000. He said that it would just be a civil case between me and the guy, and to just get his information and insurance. So I went to ask the guy for is insurance, and he told me he didn't have it with him. So the police officer asked him for it, and it turns out that he didn't have insurance at all.

My question is, will I be penalized for not reporting this accident to my insurance? Will they have any knowledge of it because there was a police report for it? And lastly, will this accident be on my driving record (i don't think it will, but I just want to make sure) Thanks in advance!

It is not driveabe, because the suspension appears to be broken. Is there a way to get rid of this car? What will it cost me?

Last friday my car got rear ended. I was stopped, it was completely not my fault. Im trying to get a rental car from the guy's insurance but they're OBVIOUSLY just giving me the run around trying to stall before they have to start paying for it. Are there any tricks anyone knows to get these jerks to pay me quickly. Is there a law against avoiding payment or delaying payment?

BTW the insurance is Country Mutual... stay away

I had 3 moving violations before i turned 18 and I just got my license back when i turned 19. I currently have my drivers license now and no vehicle because I cant afford insurance. how long do you have to wait for the accidents to 'roll off' of your insurance price? This is in Ohio, it might be different in other states.
