with this one i can help as i am a driving instructor. you need to go to the post office or your nearest dvta and ask for a form for applying for a licence. then just fill out what information you need to apply for a dup[licate licence if te one you lost was still in date that is. if it was out of date you still have to fill the same form but will also have to call the dvla and they will be able to give you your licence

I have lost mine too before. Appear at the license renewal center with several proofs of identity, and most especially bills or paystubs showing your current address.

This could be a scam on your part, like you have given your licence to someone else and now need another, did you report your last licence lost or stolen, bet not.
