Does anyone here have triple A auto insurance? If so do you like the service and how are there rates? Any comments you have about triple A would be greatly appreciated.

No one wants me to drive there car and i need a car to practice in in order to get my lisence. even though they wont let me drive there car they were willing to drive with me in my own car therefore i will need to find an insurance first.

Im under my parents insurance for my 4 cyl and its 100/mnth im looking to get a mustang 5.0 (1982) and our insurance for that car is 180/mnth, but my friend who has a simular car (same engine) is only paying 100/mnth, is there anyway to get it lowered or anything?

My car was totaled - first time- When the cops took the statements they told me the ther driver accepted running the light plus there was a witness. My concern is this, what if the insurance tells me my car is worth say $5K when I still owe $8K
I did not need to buy a car,
In sum, how do I make them pay $, how do I better protect myself against his insurance and mine?

What I mean is that it was not my fault, why should I pay if there is a difference between what my car is worth and what I still owe? the bastard who ran the light put me in that situation
How do I make them pay?

My husband is in another state for school, recently we bought a truck and he sent me the title to get it registered in my state in both our names.(Washington state) So I go in and the woman at the counter asks me if I have power of attorney over my husband to sign for him. I'v never herd of this before, so she explains. You need to have a notirized form proving that you can sign your husbans name. So she gave me a form to send to my husband to fill out. But heres the thing, when we got our other cars he went and got both our names on it when I wasn't even there. So why can't I do it? Help someone!

Hi, I ran my car into a pillar in a car park just before Christmas and badly damaged the side of it. I have been trying to save up the money to get this fixed but now I realise I just can't afford it and I'm considering making a claim on my insurance as it won't cost me as much. Will they still allow me to make a claim this long after the accident though? Thanks for any advice!

The case is about a car accident and the other person was at fault, but turns out the other person's insurance company is Allstate.
Now, I got checked up by my doctors and everything and they all stated that the accident was the cause, but they don't know ht reason.
Because of that my lawyer claimed 100,000 dollars, for job opportunity loss, future job problems, and some other well within reasons.
So Allstate discussed about it and proposed to pay me 3000 dollars instead. Adding all of the medical bills and etc. the amount Allstate told me that they're paying barely comes down to 10% of the medical bills the accident caused.
So my lawyer told me that I might have to sue them, but the problem is that I read that Allstate is known for delaying the case and cheating everything to the extent that even winning the case isn't worth it.
So I've decided to come here and ask the question.
What are my chances of winning against Allstate?
Is it even worth it?

I just got my license and i am 18 years old as of this year. Am i allowed to be transporting passengers? Does this have anything to do with my Insurance? Most of my friends are still under 18.

I asked if the driver would take it to a place to have it estimated and the driver said that the car was estimated 2 times and din't want to take it to somewhere they didnt live.

I was recently pulled over for a non functioning brake light. The cop came back with three tickets. A brake light ticket and two for not showing my insurance card and registration. I had my registration and insurance card on me...the thing was i had two cars in the same packet i gave him. He didnt bother looking and just came back with the tickets. I asked him why all the tickets..he said that i gave him the wrong insurance card and registration....then i told him that it was in back of the packet...he said oooo sorry but i already wrote the ticket. Does any of these tickets have points and should i bother going to court and fighting the tickets?

The dealer gave me a 20 day temp and now its about to expire on the weekend of my trip. They said its illegal for them to give me an extension but they painted this pretty picture on how we dont have to worry about nothing, "you'll get your plates on time"... Nothing yet. The temp expires on the 23rd, I bought the truck on the 3rd. I so hate this dealership. Paramus Chevrolet in Paramus NJ.. Stay far away from them.

My car was parked in my sister's driveway. A big limb fell out of their tree and hit the roof of my car. The roof of my car was dented in and the side mirror was knocked off. They've known this tree has dead limbs because limbs are always falling out of it. They've even talked about having this tree trimmed or cut down. A few years ago, a limb fell out of the same tree and broke the sun-roof in one of their cars.

Who should be responsible for the repairs on my car?

I have gap insurance, got into an accident, and totaled my car (i ran into a wall). The Adjuster just told me my car is totaled and will be sending me out a check for the value of the car.. but i'm upsidedown almost about 8k on the car.. what are the procedures for gap insurance?? How long is the process? Am i able to get another car now while in this process? THANK YOU!!

I have been told that I could get it renewed without having to be there, since I am with the military here in Germany. My licence had expired years ago, but I still have it. I plan on retiring from the Reserves this October, and coming back to Chicago. It would be nice3 to be able to get this out of the way, for I have many things to take care of befor I leave. Please let me know what I should do if possible.

i just got my first driver's license and I am eagerly awaiting my new car. however, i hear that i have to "insure" my car and "register" it and have "registration papers." exactly what does this mean for me? will i not be able to get my car? what exactly is this insurance - is it a monthly bill, one-time payment?

My Niece Alex is driving around on a Driver's Permit and she is just 15 yrs. old and finishing up High School. She took
Driver's Education, also. She also passed the driver's test.
She lives an 1-1/2 hr. from here in Innisbrook or Tarpon Sprgs.
and she attends Countryside High School. I don't know what
her main course of study is but, she says this is Art. She gets
really good grades A-B. I don't know what she is using for
Insurance, either. She wanted to be a Cheerleader and then,
she wanted to be a Model. I do not believe she has worked,
yet. I sure do hope she will get to visit me, sometime, soon.
My nephew and his friend or heading out to San Francisco CA.
Next month, sometime. They drive really well. His Birthday is
this mo. My ex-hubby would love to get a motorcycle. He rode
one before I met him. He had a Jeep when I met him. And a
Ford, Escort. I had a Ford, Maverick. His was red, mine was

It was midnight and my friend called me to pcik him up from a party a few blocks away from my house and drive him home cause he was drunk. I didnt think that much of it cause i had my permit and he had his licence but hes 16 and im 16. I was getting my licence 3 weeks after this. Well i picked him up and then whn i got there i turned the car off and waited for him he got in the car and for some reason i just for got to turn the headlights on. So i get like 2 blocks away and i get pulled over. Well i got arrested for no licence and the car gets impunded and the cop just gives my friend a ride home and knows hes drunk but sais dont worry i won't tell your parents about the this to him. Well I was really looking forward to getting my licence so i wonder in court if i show up there with my licence because i can legally get it like 5 days before i go to court. Do you think if i tell the judge my story he/she wont suspend my licence because i was just helping a friend out.
