You were arrested and you're going before a judge and all you're worried about is whether you're getting a license in a few days?
You should be worried about whether you'll have a record.
Get a lawyer. And next time - tell and adult to go pick up your drunk friends.

Forgetting to turn on your headlites is the kind of mistake we would expect from someone who has not yet learned how to drive.
A friend cals in need of a ride, and it is not legal for you to give him a ride ... at this point your responsibility is not to be a law breaker to help your friend out, but to get him a legal ride ... find a parent, find an adult, call a taxi
Let's suppose a freind robs a bank or liquor store & needs a getaway ride, would you think it is Ok for you to to this, beause you are just helping a friend.
Or suppose bin Laden calls you up and asks you to pick up some explosives he needs ... you would do that right, because you are just helping someone out and you see nothing wrong with helping someone.
No good
You might not get the license because the license bureau sure knows the car got impounded.
You might not bet insurance, because the insurance company knows the bad stuff in your driving record.
Just be thankful you not got in any accident, that the cop caught you first.

The judge doesn't care if you were helping out a friend. The law doesn't make exceptions if you have a "really great excuse". I don't think you'll be getting your license in 3 weeks. Hopefully, you'll have to wait until you're 18.
Secondly, think about what you were doing. What if you'd been involved in an accident? Were you in your parent's car? They are responsible for everything you do until you're 18. Did your parents know you were driving their car? If not, you stole it. If they gave you permission, then they are as irresponsible as you are.

probably no license until eventually you're 21, no rely how many instructions you're taking. larger difficulty - no insurance! the different occasion is going to sue your dad and mom (considering which you're a minor you won't be able to be sued, yet your dad and mom are in charge for any harm you reason). The tickets won't pass away ... no rely how long you wait. at last they're going to would desire to be paid, until eventually you're comfortable with never having a valid license. Time to start up making greater suitable judgements. the subjects you're dealing with are thoroughly self led to. the only way you will ever get lower back to known is to end using until eventually you have a valid license and insurance on the automobile you tension. proceed to tension with out a license and insurance and you will get longer suspension sessions, greater fines, and in case you have yet another twist of destiny ... larger civil liabilities! as quickly as you turn 18 the victims of your injuries would be suing you, not your dad and mom!

though you were driving with someone with a licese, he was drunk. You have no license, or endorsement. He should have been arrested for minor in cunsumption, and you for driving w/o licence or endorcement. Depends on the police report. But your going to get nailed, and maybe prohibited till your 18.

Do you really think if you say, "your honor, I'm sorry for driving with no license and no insuranace' he's going to cut you a break?
Your post belongs under jokes, not insurance and regulations.

Lets hope you have lenient judge. But let's face it you are guilty and they might suspend you license for a year or two. I do wish you luck and hope that does not happen
