WHY DON'T YOU JUST CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.

Not sure but I would not recommend it. I have an insurance background and can tell you that insurance companies don't like to insure drivers younger than 21. If you should have an accident and they find out what you've been doing, you can be sure that they will not be willing to renew your policy at the end of its' term.

If the "passengers" are people of approximately the same age as you, the potential for having an accident is definitely higher.

you have your license so as long as your license says that you have no restrictions you are fine you can transport passengers of all ages it has nothing to do with your insurance as long as you have no accidents than your insurance will get involved. Drive safe and don't drink and drive

If you have your license, and it is unrestricted, then there is no reason why you can't carry as many passengers as you want. Provided that each person has a safety belt available.

I believe it depends on the state. I know states are getting harsher on intermediate drivers. You can pick up a book at the DMV explaining the rules. That is as much as I know.

no,my friend, there are no restrictions, but the lives of all those people are in your hands...and your's of course..its such a responsibility to have people in your car.if they start messing around with you, while you're driving,or they start playing among themselves, and distracting you.... it is a 100%concentration job to drive.... no cell phones,or other things taking your mind of the job ahead...........
