but i got my car registered,insured ,the works...

If you get stopped, you will get ticketed. If you get in an accident, your insurance may not pay since the driver (you) are not licenced. Your insurance company can give you all this information.

If you mean driving alone with only a permit then you can be ticketed. You need to have a valid license to drive alone - it doesn't matter if the car is fully legal.

Dunno about Georgia, but in some states they will take away your permit and you won't be able to reapply for a certain number of years. More than likely your insurance isn't valid either.
