let say , you saw someone that you know driving in a car , and next thing you know , the police came up to that person , and tell them to get out of the car, i want to know , why would a police ask someone to get of the car?, are they going to jail , or do they have to do a drug test , or did they bad talk the police , i want to know , because i know someone who the police have to tell to get out car? or is it because they are driving too fast and slow. can the go to jail for that?would this thing go to their profile.

there are many possibilites- (the police also have to have legitamate reason) (obviously)
1. stolen vehicle
2. stolen property
3. drugs
4. weapon w.o. a license
5. a crime was commited involving a car and your friend could have had a similar car described in the incident

I'm sure you don't know the whole story about this. There could be other things like a bench warrant outstanding, the officers could have seen something like your friend smoking dope, or drinking a beer while driving.

If the police tell the guy to get out of the car, they have a reason. It has to be more than just driving fast.

Well it all depends on the person and how they responded to the police officer. If they looked like suspicious like if they were under the influence then yeah the policy officer would ask him to get out of the car so that they can do a series of test. It just all depends on the scene.

I see no reason for alarm for a policeman to tell the driver of a vehicle to get out of the car. There is a reason. He may be suspect of some sort. The cop may want to check him for weapons, dope or anything else. If he/she is clean, I don't think any report will be filed. Pops

i mean not directly go to jail,
i think the police only ask the person for his license or id card only...

they could be asked to get out of the car for many reasons. none of which are good for them.

maybe there was a warant out for their arrest or they owe a large amount in fines...
