The easiest way is to take your motorcycle tests.
I have never heard of a nod,nod,wink, wink motor vehicle - is it some kind of Rickshaw?

Pass the motorcycle written and on-the-road tests. They're a right humourless lot they are and you probably don't have enough dosh to bribe them.

Take the motorcycle test or move to Alabama where it is not required (just paid for).
