If you fail the eye test, or use an appliance to help you walk, or have a disease that could cause you to lose conciousness, or control of the car, you will be asked to provide proof from your doctor that you are capable of driving a car safely. The medical documentation becomes a part of your driving record, and is accessible by the employees of the DMV, and no one else. The documents are usually requested at renewal of your license, or sooner if someone has notified the DMV that your health may be causing you to drive in a risky or reckless manner. Generally, this request must come from a family member or the person's doctor. The person who is wanting the renewal or driver license is responsible for the costs. Long haul truck drivers are required to submit proof of a medical exam every two years, and most states require anyone carrying a CDL endorsement, two years between exams.

Ha ha! Sorry for laughing Trenton! lol. Adding water was a bad idea. First your body and kidneys don't pass chlorine through. Chlorine traces will be in the sample and will be a give away. Also there will be traces of pathogens in the sample because raw water has them and urine doesn't. More than if you smoked 3 days ago whether or not you do it regularly will be more important in your body's accumulation. I'm not sure if they're testing for THC or traces of other drugs, or just looking at things like blood sugar for possible diabetes and just general over all health blood work showing protein carry through, enzymes and amino acids, red and white blood cell count, clotting ability and such like? You might not have anything to worry about unless you know that they're doing specific testing for THC? Maybe they might be so shocked by the other parts of the testing that they forget to check for drugs? Ha ha! Hope you do OK, and stay out of the brain foggers! Ha ha! Me! :- ) Edit! .... Don't give them your girl friends pee! Ha ha! Your estrogen and progesterone levels are going to be so high that might send you to an endocrinologists to get you straightened out!

I have not heard of this request anywhere. You didn't give much for details. Were you in an accident or stopped for the way you were driving? There has to be a reason for this request. What was stated as to penalties if this was not done? Sorry, but you are asking for an answer without enough details that you are probably aware of.

NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEFORE UNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING STATED ON YOUR LICENSE THAT WOULD SEND UP A RED FLAG LIKE THIS.

WHY DON'T YOU JUST CALL YOUR LOCAL DMV OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.
